La vue de cette hôtel est vraiment magnifique, l'accueil de l'ensemble de l'équipe est adorable, rien a redire sur ce point.
Nous y mangeons également très bien.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel comme simple étape sur notre trajet vers le Mont Bathur, en réservant une chambre double basique. Malheureusement, dès notre arrivée, une forte odeur d’urine de chat imprégnait l’ensemble du logement, ce qui s’est révélé très désagréable. L’entretien de la chambre laisse également à désirer : la propreté n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous, au point que nous avons pris la précaution de vérifier la présence éventuelle de punaises de lit, tant l’état général paraissait suspect.
Heureusement, nous n’y avons passé qu’une seule nuit. J’ose espérer que les chambres de catégorie supérieure bénéficient d’un meilleur traitement.

Breakfast was good, and the view was beautiful. It was a modern hotel room that one does not expect to have in the mountains. Really comfortable, beautiful balcony, and the view from there. Really comfortable having delicious food in the upstairs restaurant.

Cons:

The breakfast that was included in the price was basic. It's better not to include it in the room price, not to have disappointed customers, for whom breakfast is the favourite meal of the day.

The restaurant and views were exceptional. Riding around the volcano was fantastic.

Cons:

This place is under renovations and we did have a cheap room, light shines in all night and the other guests were noisy. My shower was cold. The place is currently a death trap for small kids or elderly. The kids pool in on the edge of a cliff with no railings :(

Great location and view
Pros:

Location is great for sunrise, hotel is not at the highest spot, which often is covered with fog or clouds, therefore Caldera view is clear, below the usual fog.

Cons:

Hotel has many room types, the pictures and the description provided at booking sites were not accurate when I did my booking.
Be sure the room type you are booking has the view to the vulcano/lake. Not all rooms have view.
