Stylische, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Super Lage in St. Georg. Von dort ist man zu Fuß schnell am Hauptbahnhof, Schauspielhaus, Kunsthalle, Deichtorhallen u.v.m. Wir hatten ein Appartement zu dritt, was perfekt war. SZ mit Doppelbett auf der 3. Ebene, und Schlafsofa auf halber Ebene im WZ, alles bequem. Es ist absolut ruhig. Und das Frühstück war sehr gut - nicht 0815.

Cons:

Eigentlich gar nichts. Vielleicht könnte man vorab darauf hinweisen, dass sich die Rezeption für die Appartements in einem anderen Gebäude befindet.

Sehr teuer aber gute Lage und Confortabel. Schade, dass für Geschirr & Co extra zahlen muss
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren ebenfalls gut. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft sehr nah am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Ich finde es sehr schade, dass für die Nutzung von Geschirr und Utensilien zusätzlich Geld verlangt wird. Wenn man für ein Apartment zahlt, um mehr Komfort zu haben, erwarte ich nicht, dass die Küchenschränke verschlossen sind und man für zwei oder drei zusätzliche Tassen extra bezahlen muss. Andere Hotels haben hierfür deutlich bessere Konzepte.

Zudem hat mir nicht gefallen, dass uns zweimal Frühstück mehr berechnet wurde, als wir tatsächlich konsumiert haben. Dies geschah an dem Tag, an dem mein Teenager ausgecheckt hat und ich aufgrund eines beruflichen Termins früh gehen musste. Zwar wurde uns das Geld zurückerstattet, dennoch empfand ich diese Situation als unangenehm.

Erinomainen asunto pakollisella liikunnalla 👍
Pros:

Siisti huoneisto erinomaisella sijainnilla. Kaikki on lähellä. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta 🌞

Cons:

48 rappusta asuntoon joka oli ylimmässä kerroksessa. Vanha rakennus ja ymmärrän että ei ole hissiä. Asunto neljässä tasossa ja lisää portaita.

Impecable staff, convenient location, comfortable
Pros:

The apartment is super convenient in terms of the location, also is very comfortable and the staff is friendly.
Breakfast is of very good quality , fresh and precise, and all the personnel attending it are really nice.
The cleaning ladies were passing everyday checking if you needed anything or room to be cleaned, and this was super! They were all soooo nice!
I needed to attend working meetings and internet was outstanding.
The apartment is very well ventilated, it has lots of windows but I was provided of a fan too as one of the days was a bit warm.
I loved the decoration of the apartment, how the building has been renovated, the distribution of the spaces. Really nice taste!
I would not hesitate in visiting the place again :)

The place is walking distance to train station like 10 minutes walk, and there is an Edeka supermarket 9 minutes away- I suggest you go to the Niemerszein St Georg ( I didnt like the Edeka at the main train station as it was recommended by the staff).
You are just around the corner from the Aussenalster if you enjoy going for walks or you run, and you can easily go to St Pauli, the Altstadt, Jungfernstieg, fish market, all walking if you enjoy.
Dont miss walking to the Planten un Blomen!

Cons:

It called my attention that such a nice place with so many details being taken care, didnt have anything in the kitchen, like not a single bit of oil, or salt, etc. It was nice there was a chocolate over the desk and a bottle of water over the table, but you know, details are important and therefore I would have expected more for the level of the place.

The mattress and the sofa need maintenance or renovation. You can notice they have both had lotttts of use.

My stay was impecable but for the price of the place I would have expected a bit more attention to details and quality (mattress, sofa).

Fin lokation dårlig parkeringsmuligheder tæt på
Pros:

Fin lokation, men hvis du ankommer i bil værd opmærksom på at det ikke er muligt at parkere hele dagen på de omkring liggende veje så kan kun foregå i parkeringshus til minimum 30 € per nat og i stil med hvad andre skriver er det virkelig dårlig stil at der bliver opkrævet 35 € hvis man ønsker at bruge glas og tallerkener og igen obs der findes ikke nogen ovn i lejligheden.

Pros:

Super lækker lejlighed. Vi delte 3 personer og det var lækkert at have lidt ekstra plads. Dog var det lidt skuffende at have lejet en lejlighed hvor køkken udstyret var låst væk og kun kunne tages i brug mod ekstra betaling.
