Pros:

Lage war für unsere Zwecke passend, da wir in der nähe eine Veranstalltung hatten. Auch war die Lage in einem Wohngebiet als ruhig zu bezeichen. Checkin über Mail funktionierte sehr gut, Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber.

A quiet nice small hotel
Pros:

Very nice, quiet location. Walking distance from s-bahn (almost right around the corner, more or less). I also walked from / to the closest U-bahn station. That's a bit farther but no issue if you like to walk.

The neighborhood is lovely, lots of stores, coffeeshops and whatever you need. The owner is an open and attentive person, a very responsive one.

Great value for the price. I could sleep there really well after the flight and after the days full of city exploration.

Cons:

The floor was not cleaned properly. Was not big of a deal for me.

Pros:

Incredible pricing for the location
Great if you need a cheap location to stay at as long as you are aware it is not high quality

Cons:

Bed had to be rebuilt. All the slats had fallen off so we had to lift the mattress and put them back together

Poor cleaning of room, wardrobe had 3 dirty towels in when we arrived and there was lots of spiderwebs, and under the bed there was a lot of dust and other people’s rubbish

There was a kettle but no cups or anything to put a drink in

Die Lage

Cons:

Es war sehr versteckt in der Seitengasse und der Besitzer war nicht einmal zu sehen. Die Neben uns waren sehr laut somit konnte man nicht so gut schlafen.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber.
Im Bad keine Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen, da die Haken abgebrochen waren.
Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Jag fick komma in väldigt tidigt med mitt bagage och lämna det på rummet flera timmar före incheckning. Detta gjorde större skillnad för mig än allt annat. Hotellet är enkelt och ägaren är flexibel och svarar direkt på frågor.

Decente, calidad-precio
Pros:

Buena calidad precio, ubicado en zona tranquila y cerca de la estación, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar la noche.

Cons:

Lo único reseñable era que no tenía calefacción y a mi llegada la ventana estaba abierta, fuera hacía 2 grados.
