Buena calidad precio, ubicado en zona tranquila y cerca de la estación, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar la noche.

Cons:

Lo único reseñable era que no tenía calefacción y a mi llegada la ventana estaba abierta, fuera hacía 2 grados.

Gute Lage, Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Günstiger Preis.

Cons:

Nicht sauber. Haare, Staub und ein nicht geleerter Mülleimer im Bad. Am Wasserhahn fehlte der Perlator und der Auslaufstopfen ganz. Nachts störender Rauchergeruch im Zimmer (evtl. von außen? trotz geschlossenem Fenster).

Preis ist halt Mega und du bekommst wofür du bezahlst. Du triffst dort keinen Menschen an, Aber bei Problemen ist der Mann immer über WhatsApp erreichbar

Self-Check-in funktionierte gut, Zimmergröße ist gut, Sauberkeit ist ok. Das Leiszungs-Preis-Verhältnis ist ok.

Super nett, aber unglaublich dreckig.

Sehr netter Kontakt (Leo), der immer sofort verfügbar ist!

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer überhaupt nicht sauber.
Der Boden hat geklebt, der Tisch hat geklebt, das Bad roch muffig und in den Ecken der Dusche war überall schwarzer Schimmel.
Unter dem Bett lag neben Staub, Taschentüchern und Müll, legit eine volle Windel!
Es wurde zwar noch einmal zwischen gereinigt, aber bis auf den groben Staub wurde nichts gemacht.

Sehr schade, weil es sonst eine ganz nette Unterkunft sein könnte.

Absolut empfehlenswert - ein kleines Paradies!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist schön, alles vorhanden.
Der absolute Höhepunkt war der Gastgeber: Ein unglaublich herzlicher, hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter Mensch.
Mit einem großen HERZ für Tiere!!!
Alle Fragen wurden zu jeder Zeit beantwortet und es ist kein Wunsch offen geblieben.
Wir haben gespürt, Leo ist mit ganzem Herzen dabei.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!
Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt - hier stimmt einfach alles!!!

Perfektes kleines Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, ist nah zu S Bahn aber auch zum Wald und Park.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war hervorragend.
Es wurde wegen Hitze erlaubt sowie früher Check in als auch spät Check out, sogar kostenlos.
Heutzutage nicht so oft zu erleben.
Sehr menschlich, nett und Antworten kamen immer schnell.
Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, im Flur ist ein Kühlschrank und Bügeleisen, was sehr praktisch war.
Hunde sind willkommen und Hotel hat eine Super Lage wenn man Gassi gehen möchte(Wald und Park sind nah)!
