Overall very disappointing
Pros:

Location was very good, close to a train station and a few shops. Very quiet at nighttime. Even so, not worth it due to the lack of proper care put into the business. We do not understand the good reviews it has, which makes it even more disappointing.

Cons:

BEDROOM: The mattress was very old and sinking in half of our bed. We had to sleep cramped on only one side of the bed. We checked under the bedsheets and it had several marks and spots due to being used for long.

DIRTY: Everything was cleaned only superficially. We could see cobwebs in the ceiling and dust on some furniture and the toilet.

TOILET: Ventilation was not working and clogged with dust chunks. The shower curtain was full of mold and there were mold spots between the tiles.

DOORS: The front door was left unlocked at all times. Rooms are locked with a code and opened with a chip but even so it felt unsafe.

NO STAFF: We NEVER saw anybody working there. It seemed the building was left mostly unattended, which would explain why all these details were not taken care of. On top of that, the concierge (we assume) called us this morning before the checkout time was due to "make sure we had left" because the other guests were coming at 11am, according to him. If that was the case, nobody came to clean that room for the new guests... which also makes us understand why our room was in that state.

Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, das Badezimmer braucht ein Update. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Im Internet wird mehr beworben wie tatsächlich vorhanden ist. Denn wenn dort steht tee u d Kaffe gibt es und es ist nichts da, macht das einen schlechten eindruck.
Man sollte das Online Erscheinungsbild anpassen.

Pros:

Die Betreuung war per WhatsApp und telefonisch sehr freundlich und umfangreich. Man hat sich auch ohne Personal nicht alleine gefühlt.

Cons:

Wir sind mit 3 Personen gereist und das Zimmer mit den 3 Betten hätte uns gereicht für eine Nacht. Leider hatten wir 2 Zimmer gebuchten nicht klar war das ein Zimmer 3 Betten hat.

Absolute Empfehlung! Das Hotel ist top gepflegt und der Gastgeber ist einfach super nett. Wenn mal etwas war, wurde alles in Kürze gelöst – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Man kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!
