Sehr gut für eine "ruhige" Nacht als "Selbstversorger" ohne besondere weitere Ansprüche.
Pros:

Frühstück war von vornherein nicht beabsichtigt und nicht gebucht. Zimmer sehr ruhig, nicht "abgewohnt", außerordentlich großer TV-Bildschirm, sehr gute Nasszelle Dusche/WC.

Cons:

Mehrere Teesorten zur Wahl wären doch ansprechender als nur eine einzige. Mehrkosten kann das eigentlich nicht verursachen.

Parkplatz vor der Tür, relativ zentrale Lage , unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe!

Cons:

wer mit dem Auto anreist erlebt eine sehr sehr schmale Zufahrt zum Hof, da muss man sehr aufpassen , sonst gibt's Schrammen.

Für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet
Pros:

Frühzeitige und verständliche Informationen zum Selbst-Einchecken. Parkplatz im Hof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten LIDL gleich nebenan, Cafés, Restaurants in Laufweite.

Cons:

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend, mit viel Gepäck könnte es etwas eng werden.
Optimierungsideen: eine kleine Leuchte direkt am Badspiegel wäre prima und bitte, bitte alternative Kissen zu diesen festen, dicken
Kissen anbieten.

Pros:

Fenster gut schallisoliert. Großzügiger Verdunkelungsvorhang. Guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche

Cons:

Haare in der Dusche. Badezimmerboden mit klebrigem Schmutz. Löffel nicht gespült, Wasserkocher unhygienisch. Nur Tee, kein Kaffee. Der zugesagte Stellplatz im Hof ist für größere Fahrzeuge nicht zugänglich, da die Durchfahrt nur 2,2 m breit ist.

Würde ich wieder buchen!
Pros:

Sauber, modern
Lage war für mich bei der Buchung ausschlaggebend. Da ein Veranstaltungsort nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt liegt.
