Nice Place Just off the Malecon.
Pros:

Good location close to the malecon and restaurants. Attractive setting and pretty garden.

Cons:

We were offered and upstairs room. The stairs were very steep and not something we could manage. Thank goodness there was a main-level room available. Otherwise, we would have been forced to find other accommodations.

Excellent reasonably-priced hotel near the Malecon. The staff were especially helpful and kind.
Pros:

The location is perfect for walking in La Paz. It is opposite the Malecon (boardwalk) and the Sea of Cortez and the view is especially good from the 2nd floor rooms. Swimming is not allowed at the beach by the Malecon. People say the water is polluted.

Cons:

No coffee machine for patrons.
