pleasant surrounding and all in all recommendable stay in a beautiful town
Pros:

breakfast served in the dining room was very nice; in the evening it appeard a bit dreary. But views of the park surrounding the hotel were very nice

Cons:

we had a broken window but were told that no staff was available until after the weekend

Sehr schöne Lage unmittelbar am Kurpark. Wunderbarer Ausblick in die gepflegten Anlagen, sehr schön für Spaziergänge.
Service im Restaurant immer herzlich und erkennbar gut ausgebildet.

Cons:

Aufzug in die Tiefgarage schlecht erklärt, nicht erkennbar welche Taste welcher Ebene entspricht. Winziger indoor Pool. Laute Lüftung im Bad.

Top Lage; ich war schon sehr oft da.
Sauna sehr schön! Kleiner Pool, aber ausreichend. Tolle Bar bei der Spielbank im Haus. Zimmer einfach aber ausreichend und sauber.

Cons:

Obwohl offensichtlich genügend Personal vorhanden ist, wirkt beim Auffüllen des Frühstückbuffet alles etwas zäh und langsam, und die Eier sind (bei bisher jedem Aufenthalt) immer kalt. Man müsste warten, bis das letzte Spiegelei weg ist und frische gebracht werden.

Lage des Hotels. Frühstücksangebot gut.

Cons:

Sichtbarer Sanierungsstau. Wellness-Oase verspricht im Internet mehr, als vor Ort erlebbar ist. z.B.: Saunabank abgebrochen, angebotenes Wasser leer, Außenbereich lieblos gestaltet und fehlende Beleuchtung. Das zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer war nicht akzeptabel. Zimmertausch erfolgte nach Reklamation. Verständnis und Freundlichkeit haben Luft nach oben.

Die Lage am Kurpark ist sehr schön mit der gr0ßen Terrasse saßen wir praktisch im Grünen
Das Frühstück mit Blick in den Kurpark ist herrlich zu genießen
Parkplätze gleich am Haus sind für kurze Wege mit Gepäck sehr bequem
Unser Zimmer war leider ohne Balkon
Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen
