Pros:

The stay is spacious, clean and decent for the price that we paid. Location is good, safe and very close to MG road. The manager there (Anshad K) is very hospitable and accomodates requests. He anticipates and delivers service / resolves queries with warmth. Staff is excellent.

Cons:

If the room is facing the room, its a bit noisy due to vehicles passing by.

I had a very disappointing stay
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the blankets were not clean. The towels were also dirty and looked like they had not been properly washed.
The staff were not helpful or cooperative, which made the experience even worse. During our stay, the elevators were not working, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor using the stairs, which was very inconvenient.
Overall, this was a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.
