Pros:

Tout était très bien! En particulier la personne de la réception qui a été parfaite pour nous aider pour la réservation de notre restaurant et du taxi. Hôtel récent et confortable. Bien situé.

Cons:

Il y a eu une fuite de la douche de ma chambre mais qui a été réparée le jour même après en avoir informé la réception.

I won't choose this hotel next time and I will not really recommend it to any friends
Pros:

The location was decent, clean enough.
Breakfast was mediocre.
The room was not noisy

Cons:

The staff was not really friendly or even emphatic in some situations. I had a surgery and no one asked even once if I need anything. I didn't feel welcomed at all in these 7 days.
On the first day I was charged for a small breakfast because I had 2 olives (I was not sure what I have included). Since then, I just ordered from the menu but multiple times ayran, coffee, soup of the day were not available. It was no Carrefour in the City Mall (directed from the reception).
I left one night earlier. I was not asked what happened. Not even goodbye or thank you for staying .... nothing!!!!!! I just paid my bill and left.
So, all in all I am disappointed.

Pros:

A very premium experience, and affordable as well!

I arrived for a night on 29/06 and the lady at the reception was more than welcoming, had informed us for everything about the hotel and our stay with a smile, very nice hotel staff overall!

The stay at the hotel felt quite premium to be honest, a balcony with such a nice night view of the city was very great for us!

I recommend this hotel with no hesitation, i loved it🤝 .

Perfect place at a reasonable price.
Pros:

This hotel is well located and fitted for the basic needs when traveling and looking to be around in city for work as well as if you have time to spend for exploring. Breakfast was very good as well as room in general.
