Easy, convenient, friendly, comfortable
Pros:

Davide was extremely helpful and recommended places for us to go around Lake Garda. He gave us a map and was so friendly.
Easy convenient parking for car
We stayed in room 2 with a large balcony, it was facing the main road however we didn’t find it that noisy like others have said. The doors to the balcony have shutters that completely black out the room which was perfect.

Ideale per un weekend di relax al lago
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro di Sirmione in poco tempo, il lungolago e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Utilissimo il parcheggio privato della struttura. Colazione ottima con cappuccio e brioches fresche.
Proprietari molto gentili e premurosi, in particolare Davide che fornisce numerose e dettagliate informazioni su Sirmione e dintorni.

Ottimo hotel bella camera con tutto il necessario un bellissimo terrazzo pulizia top e il proprietario accogliente e gentile per qualsiasi informazione. A 30/40 minuti circa dal centro di’ SIRMIONE ottima posizione con posto auto.

Perfect stay in Sirmione - highly recommended!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect - truly a 10/10 stay.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, warm and comfortable, with everything perfectly prepared on arrival. The location is excellent - quiet, yet close to everything you need. Private parking is a huge plus and made our stay completely stress-free.
But what really makes this place special is David, the host.He is fantastic - welcoming, helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about his guests. From the first message to check-out, everything was smooth and easy. You can tell this place is run with attention, care and pride.
We felt truly comfortable and at home.
Highly recommended - we would book again without hesitation.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like - everything exceeded our expectations.

Soggiorno piacevole, senza rinunciare alle comodità
Pros:

La posizione dell'Hotel è ottima, si trova a 2,7 km da Sirmione, ma è centrale a vari negozi, bar, pizzerie, ristoranti e farmacia, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La camera per 4 persone è spaziosa ed è fornita di tutto quello che serve. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Il titolare, inoltre, ci ha fornito consigli utili e preziosi per le nostre visite turistiche a Sirmione e Verona, e non solo. Infine, altro plus, l'Hotel dispone di parcheggio privato, una comodità non banale.
