Comfort. Walking distance to Mirador.
Breakfast proportion, too small. They didn't allowed is to at least extend for 30mins late check out. Parang masungit pa yun pinagtanungan ng receptionist, akala nya di ko nadinig.

-Quiet pricey for the limited facilities and plated simple breakfast.
-We were assigned to a room next to the utilities/kitchen which is noisy and poor ventilation since there’s only one small window given than there’s no airconditioning.
-Staffs are quiet noisy in the hallway.
The staff are very helpful especially those at night. The place is clean and safe.
We were asked to pay extra 1500 for early checkin. Normally, for some hotels, if there’s a room ready they don’t charge you.
The place was nice and clean, and the location was perfect. Away from the traffic and reaching the place is very easy if you know the inner roads to avoid the tremendous traffic.
The food was also ok. They also serve authentic Korean food.
You need to turn on the switch for the water heater. It's located by the door. You can ask them for assistance.
The best experience we had about this property is the warm hospitality of the staff who took care of us like family! A shout out to Lilia, Freda, Ally, and Roel! They are amazing!
I wish they have a refrigerator in the room and a kitchen with microwave at least 🙂
Staff is so helpful. Place is very clean and modern. Howell, Alicia and Freda were very helpful with all our needs. Even through the super typhoon. Thank you. I would come back to Hotel Mirador.
