Great location, but a very disappointing stay
Pros:

The location is excellent, right on the main street in the centre of Lido di Jesolo. It is very convenient, with shops, souvenir stores and restaurants all within walking distance.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing.

The condition of the rooms was poor. There was dust everywhere, the bed linen was not clean, there were cracks in the walls, the toilet seat was old and discoloured, and the balcony door did not close properly. During our stay, it also rained into the room, and only then were we moved to another room.

Our car was also hit while it was parked at the hotel. When we informed the staff, they were not very helpful or understanding. We were basically told that if the damage was not caused by the hotel, it was not their problem.

The breakfast was also very disappointing. It was practically the same every day, with very little variety. The yogurt and milk containers had serving ladles left inside them, which was not very hygienic. There was almost no fresh fruit, and what was available was often already overripe, such as blackened bananas and very soft nectarines.

We also had an unpleasant issue with the pet fee. We stayed for 4 nights with our pet and checked out at 10:00 AM on the fifth day. However, we were asked to pay for 5 days of pet accommodation, even though the Booking.com information clearly states that pets are charged per night. This would have meant paying €10 more than the amount applicable to our 4-night stay.

The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel, but unfortunately, the room conditions, breakfast and the way some problems were handled made our stay very disappointing.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля, отличный персонал, очень разнообразный завтрак, даже взяли с собой еду, никто ни слова не сказал.

Számunkra teljesen megfelelt minden!

Nagyon kedvesek voltak,amit kértünk azt teljesíteni tudták!Hamarabb érkeztünk viszont a parkoló helyeinket már elfoglalhattuk! köszönjük

Direkt an der belebten Einkaufsstraße und zu Fuß in 3 Minuten am Strand.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und haben leider keinen Kühlschrank.

Frecce tricolori e mare di settembre
Pros:

Apprezzata la vicinanza alla spiaggia privata ed il parcheggio interno. La camera, un po’ piccola per tre persone, ma disponeva di tutto. La colazione varia con dolce e salato. Lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Le camere non sono molto insonorizzate e si sente tutto quello che succede nelle altre camere e nel corridoio.
