Cómodo y céntrico
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, se puede ir caminando a la principales atracciones turísticas y gastronómicas como el Mercado. Hay restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias a metros del hotel. Y queda a unos 15 minutos de la estación de trenes.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba rico pero me hubiera gustado más variedad en cuanto a tipos de pan y acompañamientos para eso, como mermeladas u otras cosas saladas fuera del jamón y queso.

Buen hotel para alojar en viajes de trabajo a chillan
Pros:

Excelente lugar para descansar y pasar una grata estadía cuando se anda de trabaja. Cómodas habitaciones, personal amable y buena relación precio calidad.

Agua fría y calefacción con problemas
Pros:

Ubicación central.

Cons:

Fallas en calefacción central y en agua caliente. Encargados solo responden que "se demora en llegar"... pero no calienta nada. Responden de mala manera y no resuelven, teniendo otras habitaciones disponibles para ofrecer, no lo hacen.

Very good
Pros:

Very good location and free parking at the hotel. The entrance is bit hidden. Drive into the way to the parking and the entrance is at the left side .
Really in the centre of town, so best use satnav gps because of one direction streets.
Hotel is remodelled and rooms freshly painted. Breakfast room is non decorated and very simple but breakfast is great, choice of fruit too and freshly made scrambled eggs ,plus all the usual things.
We liked our short stay very much. Visit the cathedral, stunning architecture.
We felt really welcome and had a nice conversation with the receptionist.

Good option for a short stay

I liked the fact that the hotel was available 1 day before my trip and that they put us in a room with three beds. There is a complementary breakfast
