Krishna Motel

Room was clean, limited pillows and no extra blankets. Basics all there. Noisy location, which I thought it would be, as on main road, but there is no sound proofing, and neighbour next door plays loud doof doof music.

Having to ask for a bath mat, hand towel, flannel & teatowel. Teatowel we never received.
Having to wait for staff to arrive before we could enter the room.
Shower door did not close properly and one came off runner

Close to function. Adequate. Good bed. Linen was good quality.

Good location. Adequate facilities. We had issues with Check in. Had to call someone up to come to check us in. Linen good. Bed good. Heatpump excellent.

Motel was very clean and handy to both Papakura and Takanini shopping centers

Couldn't find my booking stating they had no bookings for the day, eventually ending with.... we have 1 booking which happen to be my mine.
Booking for 2 adults 2 children only provided 2 towels and half a roll of toilet paper, no tea towels and big square tiles outside front entrance 2nd level unsecure/loose...

Room didnot have iron, hairdruwr, bath mat or face cloths. No drinking glassess either. Room was clean but smelt like room had been recently painted over a room that was saturated with cigarette smoke

Negatives: Very noisy from road and neighbours (loud music & shouting at 3am from property next door). Poor maintenance (shower door not closing). Very limited kitchen crockery & cutlery (no spoons or bowls and no cooking utensils to use with pans). Only 2 x bath towels supplied - no other towels or kitchen linen.
Positives: comfortable bed, easy parking, easy check-in.

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

Easy to find

Upon arrival there is no visible signs of where the office is so I called to ask and then the manager came from out of his car (he pulled up just before me, however I did not know he was the manager) Room was not as clean, had a shoe left under the bed, floor was dirty, cups were dirty, walls needed to be painted from fix ups that were visible.
Customer service was terrible and unprofessional and bad communication when I called several times.
The only best thing for me was the location. Will probably not return back there again, will also let other family and friends know about my experience.

The room we stayed in the sink in kitchenette was leaking through the vanity and had to use the towels so wasnt go0d and carpet hadnt been vaccumed.
Will not be returning to this motel ever again

The room was not clean i think they moved a side drawer near the bed the dirt were all on the carpet with no forks and the service very poor i rang them twice for some glasses the lady said they will bring it. The next day i rang and the manager said they don't have them. The people staying at their other motel next door so noisy they left their dogs unleashed not safe and before i check out the young couple had an arguement from that motel. The good thing was closer to bruce pulman but
never book this place in the future.
