Doable.
Pros:

It was very close to the bus station as we needed to take an early bus. Also the area wasn't too bad. Room was big and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Mould everywhere in the bathroom, even the hairdryer. Smelly bathroom. And the remote of the AC wasn't working at all. One of the lights wasn't working and when I ask the guy if it was normal like this, he said yes and continued his story.

Pros:

Very clean, comfotable bed, good shower. breakfast was very good eat as much as you like buffet style.
