الموقع ممتاز لكن الفندق متواضع

لا شيء سواء الموقع فقط ولا ينفع للي معاه عايلة وشناط اذا زوجين وعدد شناطكم قليل مناسب اما اذا فيه مزل وطلع شناط اسكن في شيشلي احسن

انك تسحب شناطك مسافة ماهي بسيطه الغرف صغيره كأنك في قرية السنافر الموظف بنبره اقل ما اقوله عليها انها غير مؤدبه قالي ان حجزي شخصين بدون اطفال لكن الحمدلله وريته ايميلي اللي استفسرت منهم وقالوا لي لامانع وبعدين حاول يلم الموضوع وعلى كلامه انه اعطاني غرفه اكبر في فندق السنافر ههههه

نسيت الفطور عادي وعادي جداً

اشكر الموظف صراحة على الرغم من اسلوبه 👎🏼

إقامة جميلة بمجملها ولكن لن يتكرر الاتفاق مع الفندق على التوصيل للمعاناة التي وجدتها وتكررت للمرة الثانية

* موظفي البوفيه + خدمة الغرف مميزون ودودون لطفاء تعاملهم راقي وخاصة موظفي البوفيه الكوفي الذي يقع في الاسفل له باب على الشارع أقدم لهم خالص الشكر والتقدير على لطفهم واهتمامهم. حيث تكررت زيارتي لهم عدة مرات نظراً لتميز موقع الاقامة والموظفين وبوفيه الإفطار وراحة المكان.
* الإفطار متنوع وممتاز ونظيف، لاينقص أي صنف إلا ويأتون بزيادة، إهتمام ولطف جداً ممتاز من كافة موظفي البوفيه.
* المرافق نظيفة ووجدت الاهتمام بذلك من طاقم الخدمة الذين سعوا لراحتنا.
* أتمنى أن يستبدل باب الحمام بآخر خشبي يمكن إغلاقه ويحافظ على الخصوصية.
* تحتوي الغرفة على بلكونة مميزة مطلة تم الاستفادة منها.
* الموقع مميز في منطقة الفاتح وقريب من الخدمات والمزارات.

* خيب آمالي وعدهم لي بأن يكون توقف سيارة التوصيل عند الباب رغم وعدهم بمحادثتهم لي بذلك ولكن لم يتم الوفاء بهذا الوعد رغم شرحي لهم بمعاناتي سابقاً من وقوف سيارة التوصيل بعيداً عن الفندق مما أضطرني لنقل أمتعتي 🧳 في الشارع وهذا غير مقبول فقد أخبرتهم أنني وجدت عرض من تطبيق بوكينج أقل بكثير من سعرهم وأخبرتهم بهذا العرض ولكني فضلت اختيارهم على شرط وقوف السيارة عند الباب ولكن لم يوفوا بوعدهم ورغم ذلك طلبوا الدفع نقداً عند الوصول وبعملة اليورو وتأخرهم بعد انتظاري لهم بساعة أمام بوابة التجمع حيث كان عذرهم أن السائق حضر عند الوصول فقد زوّدتهم برقم الرحلة بوقت كافي وأكّدت ذلك في مطار الاقلاع وبإمكانهم معرفة موعد الوصول وتقدير وصولي للبوابة فكيف أنزل من الطائرة عند هبوطها أليس هناك بوابة دخول واستلام أمتعة ؟ وتكررت نفس المعاناة عند الذهاب للمطار في الوقوف بعيداً عن الفندق، ومما زاد عجبي أنني أثناء إقامتي شاهدت نزلاء في نفس الفندق حضر لهم السائق أمام الباب وحمل أمتعتهم.
ولكن هذا درس لن يتكرر . سأختار الأفضل مستقبلاً إن شاء الله.

Ce nu mi-a plăcut, a fost camera și baia care nu preau erau curate, podeaua din cameră părea murdar, iar baia nu era curată, am rămas dezamăgită știind ca acum 3 ani am stat la acest hotel și a fost totul perfect, curățenie, baia curată….

Best place to stay for a tourist
Pros:

Excellent location right in the middle of where you want to stay with everything within a 15-minute walk. Breakfast was super good.

The location was great.

Cons:

The property was quite dated and the shower leaked in the family suite. Needs a massive refurbishment. Booked a taxi service from the airport via the hotel and we waited for 20 mins and the hotel tried to charge us for it as I had two young kids I decided to take the normal taxis. They could not provide a time when the car/van was coming. Then all taxis were unable to get to the hotel, short walk required.

Pros:

- Location the hotel located besides many shops and resturants and cafes

- clean

Cons:

- cars cannot stop in hotel door it not allowed you have to walk with your luggages 5 minutes at least no trolly no help

- bathroom door made without lock

- no microwave

- very small fridge

- we call them before we arrive to prepare everything but they didnt do anything
