gefallen hat uns die Lage, es war ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. die Hausbesitzerin war wirklich sehr nett.

Cons:

die zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber, vom bad möchte ich nicht anfangen. zudem hatten wir ein zimmer mit Seeblick reserviert... abgesehen davon, das der see aufgrund eines Algenproblemes abgelassen wurde (wofür natürlich niemand was kann, was man hätte aber vorher mitteilen können) hatten wir keinen seeblick vom zimmer aus, sondern haben auf das nachbarhaus geschaut.
zudem gab es zum Frühstück aufgewärmte eier wahrscheinlich vom vortag und tk aufbackbrötchen aus dem Supermarkt, zudem sollte es hier ein buffet geben, was natürlich für zwei Gäste nicht rentabel ist, dafür haben wir Verständnis,aber eine wurst und Käseplatte die nicht mal für drei Brötchen gereicht hat, stelle ich mir wirklich nicht bei einem Hotelaufenthalt mit Frühstück vor.

De dame was heel vriendelijk. We waren iets vergeten en dat konden we dezelfde dag nog ophalen.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Ist man aus dem Ort rausgefahren, konnte man wirklich schöne Dinge sehen. Der Burgbachwasserfall war sehr schön, auch der alternative Wolf- und Bärenpark in Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach war sehr sehenswert.

Cons:

Der See war ein Tümpel. Das Hotel bietet Seeblick an, welcher gar nicht vorhanden ist. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr dreckig. Überall Staubweben. Für meine Tochter hatten wir ein Einzelzimmer hinzugebucht. Dort lagen noch Erdnussreste vom vorherigen Bewohner auf dem Schreibtisch. Das Bettlaken war voller Haare und auch im allgemeinen sah man, dass die Zimmer nicht gepflegt werden. Überall war Dreck. In den Toiletten waren noch Reste der vorherigen Bewohner. Es waren Urinrückstände auf dem Sitz und auch sonstige Fäkalien klebten in der Toilette. Wir haben uns gleich Desinfektionstücher besorgt. Die Duschen sind alt und auch die Böden in den Bädern sind sehr alt und ebenso schmutzig. Der Schmutz wird einfach in die Ecken gewischt.
Abends kamen die Schaben zum Vorschein. Das Frühstück bestand aus günstigen Aufbackbrötchen und abgepacktem Brot. Das Abendessen, welches sowieso nur bis ca 19.30 Uhr angeboten wird, haben wir uns gespart. Auch das Bistro ist sehr schmutzig. Überall steht Kitsch rum, was nicht schlimm wäre aber dieses Zeug wurde schon ewig nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Alles steht vor Dreck. Schade, eigentlich könnte dieses Hotel echt schön sein, wenn es gepflegt werden würde.
