Pros:

Die Lage ist recht ruhig und sicher. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Uvita sehr gut. Der BM ist sogar zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

It’s wise to pay a bit more for better accommodations.
Pros:

We understood that it was just basic accommodations, which was acceptable. The problem is that the door lock was broken, the key did not work and because we didn’t want to leave our possessions in an unlocked room while we were out we had to retain a taxi to store our items while we were out. We were told the lock would be repaired when we returned. It was not repaired. We would not sleep in a room that was unlocked so the maintenance guy who was “trying to repair the lock” showed us another room on the property. That room had no bathroom and we would have to share the public toilet on the property. We declined. The guy then showed us to another property run by the same owner. It was completely unlit and appeared uninhabited. We had to walk around a very unfriendly chained dog that could easily approach us to get to the “available” room at the back of the property. It looked as if it hadn’t been used in years and the bed looked terrible. I didn’t feel safe at all. We were forced to look for other accommodations for the night, which we luckily found. In short, we did not and were not able to use the room we paid for at Hotel Patricia.

Pros:

Big room, kitchen, fair price. Nice surroundings with lots of animals.

Cons:

The lack of proper air condition was a very big minus. Felt like a sauna.

Cons:

- la non sympathie de la gérante, pas de bonjour, pas d’accueil à l’arrivée
- aucun confort, vous dormiez sur un clic clac déplié avec un sur matelas de 2 cms
- 29 degrés dans la chambre, pas d’ouverture de fenêtre possible, un maigre ventilateur
- aucune propreté, puisque la gérante et son conjoint viennent de rincer en rentrant de la plage pleins de sable dans votre salle de bain et la laisse comme ça avant d’aller se doucher dans la leur
- les équipements comme le sèche linge qui ne fonctionne pas, ne comptez pas sur la disponibilité de la gérante pour vous aider, par contre pour vous réclamer de l’argent ça bien sûr elle le fera

Et pour en avoir discuté avec les gens présents avec nous… nous étions tous unanimes…

L'appartement 1 était très bien équipé, confortable et le cadre extrêmement reposant. Ce fut un réel plaisir d'y séjourner.
Rapport qualité/prix impeccable pour Uvita.

Beau cadre mais très chaud.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le calme durant notre séjour. L’emplacement parking était aussi un gros plus.
L’eau potable.

Cons:

Il fait vraiment très chaud dans l’appartement. Les ventilateurs n’étaient hélas pas suffisant pour rafraîchir l’air.

Pros:

Arrivée et communication 10/10. Maison très facile à trouver et indications par message. Cuisine très bien équipée avec eau et cafe à disposition. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. La chambre est très confortable est spacieuse. La communication avec la dame du ménage était super ainsi que avec Patricia qui a pu nous donner des informations sur la suite de notre voyage par message. 2 chats et 2 chiens adorables. Salle de bain nickel! Bravo
