L’établissement est bien situé.

Cons:

Nous n’avons finalement pas séjourné dans l’établissement car l’état général de propreté ne correspondait pas à nos attentes.
Les parties communes, dans cette maison partagée, nous ont semblé insuffisamment entretenues et peu équipées.
Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise en arrivant, ce qui nous a conduits à renoncer à passer la nuit sur place.
C’est d’autant plus décevant au regard du prix demandé, qui ne nous paraît pas cohérent avec la qualité proposée.

El lugar está bien ubicado, cerca del centro del pueblo y con acceso a supermercados y restaurantes.

Cons:

Por el calor y la humedad de Uvita, un segundo ventilador, o mejor aún, aire acondicionado en la habitación serían muy útiles.

Süße low budget Unterkunft mit herzlicher Gastgeberin

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, mit eigener Küche und/oder Gemeinschaftsküche. Es handelt sich um ein altes "tico" Haus mit Charme. Man darf keinen hohen Standard erwarten, dann ist man dort falsch.
Patricia ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin und hilft bei allem.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Gäste darauf Rücksicht nehmen, ist es aber in Ordnung.
Die Zimmer werden sehr warm, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Es sind Ventilatoren installiert, die recht leise sind und so ein wenig Abhilfe schaffen.

Pros:

Apartment Nr. 7 hat zwei Veranden und eine eigene Küche. Von der Veranda aus lassen sich frühmorgens und abends Rotstirnamazonen aus nächster Nähe beobachten, Tukane schauen vorbei und Brüllaffen sind zu hören, wie mitten im Dschungel und doch sehr zentral fussläufig gelegen.

La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très grandes et avec des ventilateurs. Café disponible dans la cuisine commune !
