The location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes’ walk to the metro, trams, and all the major attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel feels peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, a perfect stay—I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the sound insulation—at times I could hear some noise from the hallway.

Отвратительно! Выбрал дешевый отель, чтобы просто переночевать между самолетами. Оплату предложили сделать наличными, уже на месте. За 10 дней списался через Букинг о позднем заезде, что меня примут вечером, с 21.00 до 22.00. Получил электронное подтверждение. Приехал около 21.20. Входная дверь была открыта, рецепция (скорее пост охранника) пуста. Долго ждал. Потом через проходивших мимо турецких граждан (местную симку не брал) созвонился с номером гостиницы, указанным на сайте. Там сказали, что свободных мест нет, причем меня заранее об этом не предупредили - я бы просто забронировал другую гостиницу, а не поехал в тот район.
Ближе к 11 вечера пришлось бродить с чемоданом, искать другую гостиницу в этом районе. Нашел уже подороже - недорогих мест в последний момент, естественно, не было. Через сутки вдруг получил сообщение, что отель не может обработать мою карту (при том, что в следующем отеле карта прошла нормально). Непонятно, что это было - то ли попытка получить деньги за неоказанную услугу, то ли просто повод закрыть бронирование (в итоге отель официально отменил бронирование только через 3 дня).
I was a little apprehensive because I had never traveled to this country before, but I found the neighborhood I arrived in to be very safe. The people were helpful, and the hotel I stayed in was quiet , peaceful , and clean .Thank you for your hospitality

ОООчень грязно и ободрано!
Окно шириной 10-15 сантиметров с видом на помойку. И санузел и комната очень обшарпанные и грязные.
Полотенце было такое грязное, что я побрезговала им вытираться.
Позвонила хозяину и объяснила, что это совсем ужас, похоже на ночлежку для бомжей.
Было уже за полночь, я устала, поэтому пришлось остаться на 1 ночь.
Это был худший отель за все мои многочисленные путешествия.
The facility is very close to Yenikapı metro station, in a quiet area, with reasonable prices, clean and good internet. I recommend it.
It was very convenient & close to everything. The owner was very helpful. He came to the metro station & helped me carry my bike box back to the hotel.
The room was very small. The door handle was broken so I had to take my Leatherman tool with me so I could open the door.
I was in front of the hotel at 11pm. Unfortunately, no one was at the reception. Two neighbors called the hotel owner's cell phone several times, but no one picked up.
After waiting for an hour, I took a taxi and went to another hotel.
Nothing, the neighborhood is dirty, and the room was awful. They didn't told me that it was a basement with a bed.
The room was literally in the basement and only consisted of a bed and an old ventilator. During the nigth, a big centipedes come inside from the little windows that you can close. The internet signal and normal data didn't work because is a basement.

It’s in very old area , need to be much cleaner the bathroom and toilet was very dirty, no sign to show the correct hotel name , much improved need it

I reserved for 1 night but when I reached there, no one was there to entertain me. I called on given number and person didn't understand well in English, he told me my reservation was cancelled. I asked taxi driver to talk in his local language to get the confirmation. He did confirm me the same. After a month passed I am still struggling to get my refund back .

it is a very spartan accomodation. Let alone a wardrobe, there is even no hanger for your clothes. The room has been obviously cleaned for my arrival but without much attention to result.
Wow.. I don't even know how booking. Com allows this hotel to be listed. First it was even a hotel. It doesn't exist with that name, it took me long hours to locate it. It is on basement with the dogs. I even asked for a refund. Very bad experience.
The location, the place. The room was in a basement. You can't even turn around. That is how small it was. The barking of the dogs it is just right in your ears.
