מדהיםםם מדהים! מקום מהמם- המלון הכי טוב בקופקבנה בוודאות. הצוות מדהים ועוזר בכל דבר וזמין תמיד מעל ומעבר. שירות ברמה שלא נתקלתי בה עדיין בכל דרום אמריקה.

Este hotel merece nota 10 com louvores! Tudo foi perfeito na estadia. O quarto é amplo, limpo e confortável! Cama ótima, chuveiro excelente, calefação e uma pequena cozinha em que você pode preparar refeições no quarto com muita comodidade. Cabeceiras com tomadas e luminárias dos dois lados da cama, demontrando atenção aos detalhes. A vista para o lago é expetacular! Funcionários simpáticos e muito eficientes. Também há uma área comum com geladeira e outros utensílios de cozinha para quem quiser preparar refeições mais elaboradas. Simplesmente amei a estadia e certamente ficarei aqui novamente quando voltar à Copacabana.

An absolute gem. Great value, views and facilities
Pros:

Everything and the staff. We had a huge room over looking the bay, spa bath, fire made up daily. Common area with another great view and fresh water to fill bottles. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

We were pre warned from friends who also stayed about getting a taxi if you have luggage, thank did we did. Though others seem fine

Amazing staff and host, assisted with our heavy luggage for which we were very grateful at the altitude. Amazing views of Copacabana and unique buildings. Spacious and well supplied room and communal space, perfect place to stay would recommend

Amazing stay, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are great.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms have amazing views and are very comfortable, loved using the wood burner. They are so helpful storing luggage if you are staying one night on the Isla del Sol.

We loved our stay here and only wish it was longer. All the staff were so lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and the views were stunning. A highlight was having a fire at night.

We were able to store our things when going to Isla del Sol and when we came back were grateful to use the lounge (coffee/tea and toilet) while we waited for our bus.

It is a walk up from the beach but that's what makes the views so great. Would 100% book here again.
