Pros:

Diese wunderbare Unterkunft ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Ich war für eine Nacht mit meinem Sohn hier untergekommen und wir sind begeistert. Alles ist mega sauber, die Suiten haben einen tollen Charme, man fühlt sich rundum wohl.
Zum Heide Park braucht man nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto!!
Beim Frühstück bleiben auch keine Wünsche offen, hier wird jeder individuell bedient. Zusätzlich sind hier alle sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal hier übernachtet haben. TOP 👍🏻

Stilvoll und neu renoviert: großzügige Suiten, hell und sehr gemütlich.
Pros:

Es sah so aus, als wäre ich nach der Wiedereröffnung der erste Gast. Die Suite "Autumn" liegt im ersten OG und ist eben erst hochwertig renoviert worden: Matratze und Sofa neu und bequem, frische Vorhänge, es wirkt Alles sehr frisch und gemütlich. Das Bad hat eine ebenerdige , moderne Dusche. Gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Am Abreisetag war mein frisch gewaschenes Auto von vorne voll mit Dreck. Jemand war dabei, mit dem Hochdruckreiniger den Hof zu kärchern - in Richtung der Gästeautos.
Die Lage an einer der größeren Straßen hört man in der Nacht - obwohl das Schlafzimmer zur Seite gelegen ist.
Der Frühstücksraum wirkt momentan noch ziemlich ungemütlich - es war dort nicht geheizt und zum Teil stand die Tür offen - bei 6 Grad Außentemperatur.
Ein Safe im Zimmer wäre noch eine Verbesserung.

Super gelegen um den Jakobsweg Lüneburger Heide oder Via Romea zu laufen.

Viel zu schade für nur einen Tag

Blühende Heide mit guter Versorgung

Ich hatte kein Frühstück gebucht
Die Lage ist sehr gut,hervoragended.
Kostenfreie Parkplätze.
Sehr gute Anbindung an Restaurants und Geschäfte. Naherholungsgebiet.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank hatte eine sehr geringe Kühlleistung sodas man mit Eis bei den Getränken nachhelfen musste.
Rezeption ist nur kurze Zeit besetzt.
Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Stosunek jakości do ceny zupełnie nie współmierny.
Pros:

Lokalizacja super, ścisłe centrum, wszędzie blisko.

Cons:

Trudność porozumiewania się z personelem. Panie nie bardzo rozumiały j. angielski, a i niemiecki nie był ich najmocniejszą stroną.
Kolejna rzecz (dla mnie akurat bardzo ważna), to bardzo słabe oświetlenie w łazience - było po prostu ciemno. Poza tym stare, sprane ręczniki, które czasy świetności miały już dawno za sobą.
No i śniadanie. Prosiłem o warzywa (w rozmowie telefonicznej wymieniłem ogórki, paprykę, sałatę, pomidory, rzodkiewki i cebulę), były tylko plasterki ogórka. Nadmienię, że po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się hipermarket, w którym wszystkie wymienione warzywa są dostępne. Jajecznica również nie była robiona z jajek, tylko z czegoś żółtego z kartonu.
