Miesto a prostredie ako aj raňajky super. Ochotný personál. Blízko centrum.

Cons:

Sklamanie s Tv so 7programami...🤣. Malá obrazovka....V zimnom období mi pestrosť programov v TV velmi chybala...v lete by to bolo asi ok...neviem...

Lovely city, good hotel.
Pros:

Chap on reception was very good, excellent English spoken and very helpful.
Breakfast was ok. Room was fine. Location around 5 minutes from Zilina station, and maybe 10 minutes from the lovely central square Marianske namestie.

Pros:

Hotel je velmi útulný s přátelským a velmi ochotným personálem. Snídaně velmi dobré. Hotel má perfektní polohu, pěšky pár minut od nádraží a přitom v centru Žiliny. Pokud budu cestovat opět do těchto míst, určitě se zde opět ubytuji.

Cons:

Nemám co vytknout, snad jen zpoplatnění pozdějšího check-in. Ubytovat se lze pouze do 21 hodin, později je vybírán poplatek.

Disappointing
Pros:

This is a hotel I had very good memories of, and it still has an excellent breakfast and is a nice quiet location, just off the main thoroughfare.

Cons:

I definitely drew the short straw here, getting a room which had gurgling pipes all night long. It also annoys me the hotel is really strict on the check-in deadline, charging you if you are late. Thankfully, we arrived in plenty of time but it was a constant worry when travelling a long distance by train.

Great room in Zilina!
Pros:

The staff is charming. The location is excellent- near the train station and town square. The breakfast is a feast!

Cons:

I would have liked a kettle in the room. There was a refrigerator which was nice to use.
