속초 최고의 숙소입니다. 직원분들도 친절하고, 룸 딜리버리로 먹은 음식들도 제법 맛있었고, 룸 컨디션도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 이후에는 더 좋은 방에 묵어볼 생각입니다…!

아직 두번 밖에 투숙을 안 해봤지만, 두 번 모두 욕실의 수전이 고장나 물이 사방으로 나오는 문제가 있었으며, 유리창들이 대체적으로 먼지를 많이 먹어 숙소의 장점인 뷰를 해치는 문제가 있었습니다…

속초에서 좋은 가장 좋은 호텔임
호텔에서 아침의 일출을 바로 볼 수 있음
방은 큰편이고 청결했으며 잠자리도 좋았음
숙소에서 모든 것을 해결할 수 있고 직원들이 정말 친절했음.
주변에 음식점들이 많아서 이동동선이 편함
강아지를 데리고 갔었는데 옥상에 강아지 놀이터도 있고 전망이 끝내줌
욕실도 좋았음.

사람이 많아서 체크인 시간이 많이 걸림
아침조식이 미리 예약하지 않으면 먹기 힘듬

그냥 그래요 속초를 자주 가기로 했지만 카시아는 일단 보류입니다.
Pros:

체크인할때 직원분은 친절했고 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다.
배정해주신 방의 뷰도 괜찮았어요.

Cons:

체크인 하기전 도착등록(?)하는곳을 어떤분들이 가리고 계셔서 안보였어요.
그곳이 광고판 같아 보여 지나치기도 했는데 도착등록(?)을 먼저 해달라고 이호텔만의 언어가 아닌 일반적인 언어로 얘기해주세요.
그곳을 가리고 있지 못하게도 신경써주시고요

조식이 가격대비 별로여서 대식가인 아이가 한번 먹고 안먹더라고요;
좌석대비 동선이 좁고 음식간 간격도 좁아서 어떤 산해진미를 갖다놔도 붐빌듯 합니다.

동이 3개나 되다보니 c동에 묵었던 저흰 어딜가든 계속 4층으로 이동해서 움직이는게 너무 불편해요. 그렇다고 직원분들이 친절한것도 아니고 헤매이지 않게 설명이 충분한것도 아니고요.

방 문 여는것도.. 설명을 미처 못 읽은 저와 아랫층 입실객의 탓이겠지만 문을 못열고 있어서 객실정비크루께서 도와주셨어요ㅋㅋㅋ

아직 새호텔 느낌이 나서 좋아요
Pros:

규모도 크고 청결하고 빠지는거 없이 괜찮았어요 비싸지만 비싼값하는듯, 돈이 아깝진 않았어요. 어매니티도 좋았고 특히 짐 시설이 아주 좋아요

가습기 요청해서 받았는데 고장난거였어요. 방에있는 욕조는 완전깨끗하게청소된느낌은 아니었지만 그거빼곤 다 아주 청결했어요.

A동 펫전용 엘레베이터 이용 할 때만이라도 안고 이동하는 건 안될까요? 밖에서 가볍게 산책 하고 싶은데 유모차나 이동가방이 불편해서요! 아니면 a동 1층 밖에 유모차 파킹해두고 이동 할 수 있는 존(zone)이 있으면 하는 바램입니다 :)

창가에 있는 욕조를 기대했는데 욕조에 앉아서 바라보는 뷰가 에어컨실외기에 딱 걸려서 에러ㅠ 트윈으로 들어가있는 싱글침대도 앙증사이즈여서 약간 아쉬웠네요
