Pros:

Friendly hosts, huge room, big bed, decent wifi, walkable from bus station, quiet at night, ceiling fan and air-con, couch and chairs, snack bar a few meters away. Towels provided.
I'd stay again.

Reasonable place for a short stay
Pros:

SDK Residency is located in a small town. We were able to walk to everywhere. Staff didn´t speak English but we were able to communicate mostly. The room was reasonable size and aircon worked well. We could help ourselves to filtered water in the hall.

Cons:

We couldn´t get hot water in the bathroom. I don´t know if there was hot water and we couldn´t work out how to use it or there wasn´t any.

Very considerate courteous owner ,excellent staff smiling and attending to all facilities and amenities with cheerful helpful countenance

Good spacious rooms with AC ,hot water and wonderful tea coffee and food provision in the rooms from nearby .Some rooms have balconies and huge two double beds or combination thereof with balconies with picturesque green views all around .

Open areas safe parking inside ,and nice stroll amidst the trees .
