I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The food was charged separately and was of very poor quality. The prices were also quite high for what was provided. Additionally, the hotel did not provide blankets in non-AC rooms. When I asked for one, the staff said that blankets are only given to guests staying in AC rooms, which I found unreasonable. Overall, the service and facilities were not satisfactory for the amount charged.

It was very good for me.

The people’s behaviour. They were extremely humble and polite.

I must mention this as an pointer towards improvement (not criticism but just feedback)…The flush in the bathroom wasn’t working and there were mosquitoes in the room. I had brought a mosquito net but because there were no hooks on which I could hang them I hung them in any alternate way I could. Hence I slept well. I don’t blame anybody for the mosquitoes because sometimes they are unavoidable in India. But there are ways in which they can be removed through sprays or repellents, cleanliness. This must be considered because it is difficult for customers to sleep in a room of mosquitoes. Most people donot carry mosquito nets either. I will highly recommend doing something about this since customers will not appreciate being unable to sleep because of bugs in the room.
