Regrettable. Won’t be repeated. Don’t bother staying here.
Cons:

It was filthy, mould and dust everywhere food or bogeys stuck to the filthy walls. The WiFi was poor, and the a/c stopped working. The parking was far away from the apartment. The guards were unhelpful. Thank goodness I only stayed one night.

Totally bad experience, we did not sleep well.
Pros:

I only like the swimming pool.

Cons:

I don’t like the rooms that we rented because the room 6106 is very dusty and it’s not clean, the aircon in room 5029 is not cold at all, and the other room has a bad smell, there are lots of molds and the shower curtain is stinky. Not recommendable.

Something I won’t do again.
Pros:

Room was very cheap, hence the not so good quality of the room. Host was also kind enough to let us pay for our extended booking after the stay since we only communited through text.

Cons:

The host was okay at first when we booked this unit. But when we extended that was when it got messy. She transferred us to a room but then other people also booked the same room, making us leave. The guards as well were not friendly and seemed like they don’t have direct communication with the host. Communication could’ve been improved and also the cleanliness of the room. Room was dirty and not recommended.

Decepcionante y horrible

La nevera funcionaba

Cons:

Decepcionante. Horrible. La ubicacion fatal no hay nada alrededor hace falta coche. Estuve 40 min. En la entrada de seguridad esperando que el propietario enviara mi nombre. Le hablaba y jamás me contestó.
El alojamiento un desastre. No funciona la cocina. El sumidero de la ducha está roto y salen cucarachas. El lavabo está roto y todo el agua te cae en los pies. La tapa del inodoro está asquerosa. No hay donde colgar toallas ni nada. El colchón viejo. No hay armarios..
No entiendo como alguien puede poner en alquiler una vivienda en estas condiciones. Hay mucha oferta en Cebu al mismo precio y mucho mejor.
Por suerte solo estuve 2 dias.
No es nada recomendable este sitio

Disappointing and traumatic
Pros:

The view of the mountain outside the room.

Cons:

It was very disappointing as when we entered the unit, there is a bad smell. The floor wasn’t cleaned I think and the kitchen utensils are not washed properly. There was a leftover egg in the fridge. No soap to use or any detergent to wash the rags which is too oily. The bed creaks when we move. The caretaker attempted to enter the room through the window as she thinks we already checked out when it’s still 9:00 AM, which traumatized us.

Удачное место, никому не рекомендую, куча тараканов и других насекомых. Никаких условий для проживания.
