Música ambiente maravilhosa
Pros:

Localização excelente. Rua tranquila, bem localizada, bem perto da Avenida Rio Amazonas com comércio variado.
Café da manhã farto, num ambiente muito agradável e bonito
Funcionários muito simpáticos, em especial Vinícius que nos recepcionou com muita atenção e carinho.
Uma observação que não posso deixar de mencionar...do saguão da recepção, no espaço do café da manhã até os quartos uma música ambiente suave, maravilhosa que enchia os ouvidos, aconchegante e relaxante. Amamos.

location is nice - the rates are cheap but the front desk staff is rude and not friendly

1. there is not Gym
2. guests are not allowed - I had a friend visit me for 10 minutes but was not allowed into my room. so i had to meet them downstairs in the lobby only.
3. front desk staff is not friendly.

Clean, great location, friendly helpful staff, half the price it should be
Pros:

For the price I did not expect a very well maintained clean hotel. It is located in the business district by a great variety of places to eat. I is very quite and highly recommend it. It is where I will stay every time I come to town.
