Good value for the money
Pros:

Location is good. The staff is friendly. The coffee shop downstairs is a plus!

Cons:

This is it not a hotel, it’s a guest house. They do not clean the room if you area staying less than 5 days. I stayed for 5 days and requested to clean a they missed the request to clean the room. I had to ask a second time which was promptly resolved.
It’s not clear that you will need to pay 3% extra to use the credit card payment even though it seemed that it would be a smooth process handle by the booking agent.

Room was really nice. Only stayed here for less than 12 hours but wish we would have stayed longer. Location was perfect

Top Lage für uns,
Personal freundlich und alles sehr locker und unkompliziert, Konnten unsere backpacks vor dem Check in hinterlegen, leckerer Kaffee, sehr gemütlich mit dem Café direkt unter den Zimmern, um am Abend oder auch am Morgen noch bisschen zu verweilen

房間整個設計都非常漂亮，有一種古典氛圍，而且還有超棒的露天陽台，可以坐在外面喝杯咖啡，店員服務非常用心，辦理入住還給了一杯茶喝，一樓就是咖啡廳圍繞著咖啡香氣真的很幸福，這間住宿一生推!!朋友想訂這間結果已經預訂滿了，能訂到這間的我好像非常幸運~

Cons:

淋浴間的蓮蓬頭開關處因為冷熱是分開的，感覺很容易會有人先關上冷水後被熱水燙到(朋友就是這樣)，要特別小心避免發生危險

El diseño de la habitación es muy lindo. La persona que nos recibió muy amable y muy servicial. El café de abajo es muy lindo y el coconut coffe y el capuchino muy delicioso.

Cons:

En Hanoi nos quedamos en 2 hoteles, en este y en La Passion, si comparamos los dos, La Passion tiene mucha mejor relación calidad precio. El aire acondicionado no funcionó bien, tuvimos que apagarlo porque estaba goteando mucha agua, no había jabón para bañarse ni acondicionador, la sábana estaba manchada (nos dimos cuenta en la noche cuando nos íbamos a dormir) y el ascensor es muy pequeño, y no incluía desayuno. Adicional no tiene recepción 24H

Phen Art House- perfect stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Phen Art House was like a little oasis in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. At the end of our days sightseeing, our accommodation was always just around the corner, so central to everything. The cafe and rooms are so beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and filled with a delightful fragrance. The cafe itself served delicious fresh pastries and the best egg coffee. Staff were extremely helpful and the owner herself stopped to chat during our stay checking everything was okay and offered advice on things to do. We would definitely return to stay here.

Pros:

Wunderschönes Zimmer. Tolles Personal was einem bei allem möglichen hilft! Dazu sehr leckere Getränke im dazugehörigen Coffee Shop. Auch die Lage ist super und der Preis angemessen.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
