Pros:

It was an amzing stay, a good small cozy property in a very peaceful area. Also not so far from the centre, everything was around 20 minutes from this place. Staff was fine, good locality and a very good dining place also nearby. Over all we really liked, my family wanted to stay one day extra because of good rooms, but we already have our train tickets so couldnt extend our stay. one night we stayed and it was amazing.

We (family of 4) were put at Suvarna Residency Kuvempu Nagar. Due to delays on our response for Suvarna Suits we got allotted here. Location accessible to good part with accessibility & stores

Many things needs improvement, like cleanliness, maintenance of lift, bathroom fittings, change of linen & towel (daily), Intercom, instant Coffee/Tea, cupboards, Television, Dental kit
