Greenleaf Inn

Owner was rude to my wife and I, as well as another guest waiting to check in. Decided to leave early.

Great spot in Boothbay Harbor Maine. Walkable area to restaurants, boat excursions, shops and waterfront. Easy parking on premises. Check in time on our Expedia booked reservation states 2:00pm-4:00pm check in. We received a text message from the Inn manager letting us know check in was at 4:00pm and to send him a text when we were close to arrival. Other than the time difference check in was seamless and informative. Property manager was friendly and accommodating and walked us around the common areas of both buildings Admirals Quarters where the main office is and the greenleaf building where we stayed. They both have a shared kitchen area and living room dining room areas.
Our room was advertised as a private penthouse king with direct access to the sky deck. The room was on the small side but worked for our short stay and had fold out luggage storage which was convenient for our belongings. We had a small refrigerator as well. Bed was on the soft side which didn’t work well for me but was fine for my husband. Lots of light comes in early morning but we are early risers so no issue for us. The view out of the windows from the bed was beautiful. All upgrades were well done. Neighbors sliding door was right next to ours which accesses the shared deck. You could hear your neighbor as well when inside.
The property is set up with a sense of community most areas are shared including decks, chairs, grounds both inside and out. Typical of most Inn’s.

The location and view of this property was excellent. The staff gave good dining recommendations. The fire pit at night with s’mores was nice. We were given a nice bouquet of flowers at time of check in. The morning breakfast was a bit different. The kitchen was stocked with eggs, cream cheese, yogurt and condiments and pastries. You were responsible to make your own breakfast in the kitchen.

Never did meet the innkeeper. Never did learn how to control the AC. The 'Penthouse' had 18 inches of "closet space" and zero bureau/s. The view was great.

the Inn was in the perfect location. Restaurants and shops are close by. The host was a very helpful and accommodating and it was very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to come and visit the Greenleaf Inn. They give you the VIP treatment here . Can’t wait to return for our next stay.

Host was marvelous. Coffee in the morning, pastries for breakfast. Access to a full kitchen. Great place to stay!

Jersey is a great guy .He made my wife and i feel at home we will definitely be back to visit and see him again the property is beautiful and staff is great

The Inn was great. It is located near the shopping and the docks. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. I hope to go back in the future. I would recommend to my family and friends.

An amazing experience. The service and personal attention was outstanding! The owner Ben and his manager Tyler really care about every detail to make sure your stay with them is perfect. Would highly recommend this wonderful property that is truly a few steps from all the best places in town but is a peaceful oasis overlooking the bay. No wonder it gets such high ratings on trip advisor!

The room was extremely comfortable with its own sitting room and there were many places to sit inside and out to enjoy the beautiful, peaceful harbor!

The Inn was very nice. Ben the owner was very great. His person Tyler was super accommodating. The breakfast room, coffee, tea, soft drinks and cookies were aabundant daily. The breakfast was great. The breakfast chef was friendly as was the young lady student working the summer. Location, Location, Location. On the Harbor and in Town. Great views. Thank you Ben and Tyler! Hope we will visit again!

We loved your inn. Great owners, location and staff. Very welcoming, too.

Located within 1/2 block of town, this well maintained property has an adjacent sister property, where our room was located, that had a wonderful enclosed porch with views of the harbor. It rained one of the days that we were there and it was so cozy to read while looking out on the harbor with the fireplace going while sipping tea and eating one of their yummy homemade cookies. Our room (#10) was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable.
