Great location out of the busy part of town and near the beach and rice fields. Sunny the owner is super helpful and kind. We rented an electric scooter from there with no hassle and could get to old town easily.
The pool was very refreshing after a long hot day of exploring. The room was comfortable and aircon worked perfectly.

Hele aardige Host, hielp ons met vanalles. Fijne hygiënische kamer. 5 min fietsen (die kun je gratis meenemen bij de villa) van het strand en redelijk dichtbij old town (wij hebben het met grab gedaan, goedkoop en heel goed). Zou het zeker aanraden!

Very friendly host family. Room was clean and cozy, we really liked big windows. There is also rooftop with amazing view of vegetable village, where you can watch beautiful sunsets
Beautiful, spacious room, with a very comforatble bed, pleasant bathroom and a seating area. The rooms itself esceeded expectations and was excellent value for money.
My room was on the the road. It's a very busy main road and the traffic noise starts around 5.30 am and does not let up until 1pm or so.
Very friendly owners that made us feel very welcome. Conveniently located between Hoi An and the beach, surrounded by vegetable gardens.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.
We were able to rent bikes for free and the breakfast, especially the Vietnamese one, was something I looked forward to each morning.
We had a room towards the street from which was very noisy even with the windows closed.
The water in the bathroom was not very hot and the bathtub didn't really hold the water, which made having a bathtub rather obsolete.
The pool was very small and didn't invite to take dive, irrespective of the weather.
We loved the place, absolutely nothing to complain about. The host family was lovely and welcoming, always ready to support. The place is within walking distance to An Bang beach and other lovely places in Tra Que village, and you can use the available bikes to cycle to the old town. Communication was smooth, room was clean with amenities provided.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. There were bicycles you could use for free! I rode the bike about 10 minutes to An Bang Beach it was easy and pretty safe as there are bike lanes. You do have to pay 10k to park your bike at the beach. I had a great beach day! You can get a beach lounger free if you buy food and drinks at the restaurant.
The location was on a main busy road. Was a bit difficult to walk around the area, however was easy for grab to pick you up. The owner was away when i was there, I booked the place for the rooftop patio and the view. The patio was very dirty and i didn't want to sit up there. The view was nice though.
Great location in the heart of the beautiful Tra Que Vegetable Village. Hoi An old town and the beach are easily accessible via Grab Cars that were cheap and always available. The host family were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Bikes were available to use which was a real bonus.
