About 10 minutes Walking distance from the airport. Close to food and coffee. Clean room and comfy bead with a thick mattress.

No frills, clean, and good value. Hot water showers. 5 minutes walk from the airport and unlike other KTM airport hotels, there's no need to climb uphill or downhill to reach it. The receptionist let me check in earlier when there was a room available. I liked it so much that I stayed a second time.
Internet was unstable at times. Note that there is no elevator; not a problem for me but it may be a problem for others.
Location Just a short walk from the airport, about 7 minutes. Close to western style coffee shops and fast food in a newly built complex block on the left.
Good hotel, good stuff, good location.
Only spent a few hours in between arriving to the airport and heading for a trekk, but those hours were good. Staff was helpful, room alright and there was free water refills.
They couldn’t help me get fruit (in exchange for me paying) for breakfast despite asking for help a week in advance.
