Everythings good but room without windows feel quite warm!
Pros:

It's easy to acceess all interesting location even have a mall downside this hotel, it's clean and mininalist everything is good except the room without the windows is feel a quite warm in middle of night and got chill down after 5 am only 😅

Cons:

Its good because Centrum itself, but not good for perfectionist and the hotel rate wont be able to fulfill my need.
Pros:

It has prayer mat even the hotels belongs to Indian

Cons:

Surrounding and the smell. The blanket, bedsheet and everything they just throw at the stairs. I know they’ll wash the things but can you imagine you put the that things on the floor?

Pros:

Suasana hotel nyaman. Senang dekat dengan kemudahan dekat dgn kedai makan. Malam2 boleh jalan2 dkat bawah. Fasiliti semua okay. Parking kalau booked sini untuk basement kena bayar sendiri. Kalau atas depan hotel first come first serve xpayah bayar. Okaylah kalau brynton and cool mama dia cover tcg...pastuh bilik semua okay...tandas pun bersih.. cumanya cadar and tilam tuh ngan bantal macam bau hapak and towel...so harap management basuhlah betul2 cadar,tuala ,sarung bantal.. semua okay je...yangg part cadar,sarung bantal tuh je harap bersih and wangi...gituuu

It was the best stay at there cause the location of it really strategic and then scenery is really pleasing for me

The only consolation was the location was exactly in a Mall and you can view from the shops from your room.

Cons:

Bed lining and curtains were stained.
There wasn't even any toothbrush and toothpaste provided.Reception was really bad there.Worst of all,the TV went on and then silent by itself throughout the whole time!
Heard two different patrons at a different timing asking for the price of the room per day for two and the Indian lady told them it was RM150 when it was stated on the paper given to me as RM110.
Had a strong feeling that the people manning the hotel were out to make their own side income!
Wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

Terrible Mould in the Walls and Itchy Bed Sheets
Pros:

We were strongly influenced by tiktok to stay at this hotel. The tiktoks mention the hotel is in a great location and this is definitely true. It sits at the heart of Brinchang and is in the area in which the local shops are, there is a nightmarket nearby which is lovely and the petrol pumps are just down the road.

Likewise Kea Farm and Agro Markets are just 5 minutes up the road.

Cons:

Unfortunately, whilst the room itself is clean but the room is filled with mould in the walls - from afar it looks like just scuffs but upclose you see the mould has completely filled the room with spores. It suffocates you by simply being in there. The bed was also quite itchy just from resting on it.

It has a small extractor fan and a ceiling fan. No AC in the room at all.

I tried telling the receptionist - assuming it was a room issue but he admitted as it is a non-window room all the other non-windowed rooms have the same issue (I also realised they could not understand the english or malay words for mould or they just don't see it as an issue).

I do not know about you but staying in a mouldy room is really dangerous. For those with asthma or any kind of skin ailments it will definitely flare up and we had to simply check out before even spending a few hours in the room.

Of course, we did not get a refund which is expected but the fact they did not try to fix the situation just shows how little they care for their guests.

We paid 110 RM for this room on a Mid-week non-holiday booking. Whilst it seemed cheapest on booking.com. Please be advised there are literally dozens of hotels in brinchang you will get for a similar price if you just walk in. We got a hotel nearby (Seven Days Hotel) for 130 rm but it was much cleaner and had no mould (and was also windowless lol).


Also be advised all hotels here charge a 50 rm cash only deposit and a 3 rm state tax per night. There are 2 banks with atms in the Centrum Plaza so no issue with withdrawing cash nearby and their atms have no fees.

Free parking is also impossible for any of the hotels in this Centrum Plaza. Each shop and hotel has reserved 2/3 spots and its a miracle if you get one.

There is a basement parking in 2 areas of this mall and it is paid but we think it is 10rm or maybe 25rm per day for the parking.
