The amount of unprofessionalism, lack of accountability and negligence is unbelievable.
Pros:

We had booked the place 4days before our scheduled stay only to find out, on the same day, it was double booked. We were coming from a 7 hour drive and they only informed us 2 hours before arrival that the place is unavailable. I refuse to believe that this is only booking.com’s fault.. The lack of supervision and accountability from Terrace Suite side, their very unprofessional host is very disappointing. They dont care about their guests, they only care about your money. Dont book this place if you dont want to be disappointed.

Exceptional
Pros:

The Terrace Suite at ALoft is so nice, comfortable and fits perfectly for a large group. Conveniently located at the heart of Elyu and is 1-2 mins away from the beach and other establishments.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like because the place was cozy with a beautiful view of the beach.
