Um total descaso!!!
Pros:

Eu fiz uma reserva para o dia 03/11 até o dia 08/11. Eu iria comemorar meu aniversário que dia 02/11. No dia 01/11 minha avó foi internada, no do dia 02/11 ela foi entubada! Teve 2 paradas cardíacas! Eu entrei em contato com o hotel e eles falaram que eu podia mudar a data. Me enrolaram por dias, tenho todas as mensagens do hotel! Eu não queria de graça, eu iria pagar a taxa. Hj me encontro com um problemão avó no hospital, uma compra de 2.000$ que vou ter que pagar sem o uso. Um total descaso.
