Pros:

Close to main railway station. Very central. Excellent staff very helpful . Aircon worked. Room was clean great stay

Cons:

Pillows were too hard and too thick for my liking

温水シャワーも出るし、空調も効いてる。駅からもインド門からも近いので寝泊まりだけなら問題ない。
Pros:

駅から近いのが一番メリット。
あと、チェックアウト後にシャワーまで浴びさせてくれたこと。

Cons:

部屋は年季が入ってて、虫がいた。

Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat und schon empfangen. Das Wlan war sehr gut. Es gab eine Klima, Ventilator, Kühlschrank, Wasserflaschen, warmes Wasser. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen. Die Zimmer im 3. Stock warten sehr schön und neu, die in 2. Stock warten auch voll in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super, gleich neben einer wunderschön railway station, vielen Shops, Restaurants, 7 Eleven, Mc Donalds, Bürger King etc. Man kann Bar Zahlen oder mit Kreditkarte in einem Hotel ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Preis-Leistung passt absolut.

Cons:

Das Haus schaut Wild und heruntergekommen aus und das pinke Hause auf booking, ist NICHT das Hotel, sondern eine Schule gegenüber. Alleine als Frau ist es nicht zu empfehlen weil ständig viele Männer im Hof sind. Die dürften für ein Restaurant arbeiten. Es gab keinerlei Vorfälle, aber man fühlt sich nicht ganz wohl, vor allem abends

Good hotel near to India Gate, museums and Marine Drive
Pros:

2 minutes walk from Aqua Blue metro at CSM Terminus. Peaceful at night

Cons:

Good 2 star hotel. Best to eat out for breakfast

Pros:

Great location especially arriving as I did on a late train into CSMT. Good value for money considering the location. Nicely finished room, good A/C.

Cons:

WiFi so patchy that it was unusable in my room so had to rely on costly mobile data

Great location, excellent value
Pros:

This is our second stay at The Capital. The location is perfect, the deluxe rooms are large and comfortable, the staff is helpful. For the price, we think it's excellent and would stay there again if in this area of Mumbai. There is no lobby however and it's all a bit informal plus breakfast is served at their sister hotel a 10 min walk away. Didn't bother us a bit but if you want that style of stay, book at their sister hotel The Residency Fort which is also fantastic.

Staying here is a truly authentic experience
Pros:

Great location! Just a couple of minutes’ walk to the main train station. There are many attractions nearby. The staff are very friendly — always ready to help. There’s even a local falcon here! The price for the hotel is excellent.

Cons:

The rooms could use some renovation.

The real hospitality experience
Pros:

The hospitality and their customer service. I was new to Mumbai but the Manager and 2 staffs, they all were very helpful for helping me with my itinery.

Cons:

They could work on their cleanliness more although it is clean among other hotels

It was ok for my purpose (arrive by plane and continue by train 20h later). OK for Non-Sissies...
Pros:

I chose this hotel for one sake: to be close to te train station. However, there are some nice neighbourhoods around with all facilities I needed, including some nice bars, restaurants, and shops. I also chose it it because it was the cheapest, and you can see that it is more frequented by local people. Staff hardly spoke English (but the receptionist) but was friendly and helpful. I did not expect more, neither less.

Cons:

Hard to find: the taxi driver had to go around twice to find it and inn the end some worker came to pull my suitcases through street dirt and bumpholes for another 500 meters. Due to the fact that it shares a backyard with a restaurant, at night you have encounters of the third kind...but in the room I was safe.

Pros:

Location. Stone's throw from the train station which is why I chose it. Suleiman Sheikh at the "front desk" was very helpful and sincere

Cons:

Very difficult to find as signage is non existent. The room was very average, tge bathroom was actually nice but overall it looked like a run down joint.
