Pros:

Stayed in one of the rooms that has not yet been renovated. The mattress needs replacing and housekeeping needs to clean under the bed.

Bekräftar rum som inte existerar
Pros:

Bekräftat och klart. Vi hade bokat en junior svit för 3 personer. När vi ska checka in så påstår hotellet att junior svit inte finns för 3 personer trots bekräftelse. Hur som helst verkar hotellet lösa detta problem med ett vanligt 2-bäddsrum och ett enkelrum. Okej, vi är trötta och det är lugnt kommer ändå bara sova. Det är nu problemen börjar då dom vill ha 40% mer betalt för att vi nu fått 2 vanliga rum istället. Och hotellet vägrar ge sig trots bekräftelse och pris, så vi får mitt i natten leta efter nytt boende. Uselt!
