We had a really good time staying there. Everything was excellent.
Pros:

It is a completely new villa. The superior apartment was very spacious and very nice. Pictures showing the superior apartment are relevant. The pool area is excellent.

Cons:

Nothing really, everything was okay. You have to take into account that there are construction sites in the surrounding area, but it was not disturbing during our stay.

The host were super nice and helpful during our stay. We forgot our keys in the house and they went to pick them up for us so we came in time for our flight.

Pros:

If it were possible, I would give a rating of 10 cum laude. The apartment is stunning and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is spacious (we stayed in the Superior 2 apartment) with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen and living room are an open-plan space, and the furniture is of very high quality. There is also a cozy swimming pool, a BBQ area, a gym, and a sauna. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The check-in process is straightforward and efficient. The Saint Philip and Jacob town and the beach are just a two-minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this fantastic apartment. Additionally, my wife had her teeth cleaned at the clinic downstairs, and the staff there were very professional.

Pros:

Amazing apartment with excellent quality. Everything was provided for. Its situated at the edge of a small town in a newly consteucted upbeat quarter. Pictures are acurate! Its super new. Amazing sea view from upper level.
Highly recommend

Cons:

Some construction going on in the new quarter- nothing which bothered us.

Pros:

Modern, new appartment with everything what you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, microwave, iron), beautiful view of see from the balcony and amazing swimming pool with whirpool, kindly owner, we received gift.
