שירות מעולה. הצוות יצא מגדרו שנצא מרוצים, ואפילו הביאו לנו מתנה קטנה לירח דבש. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. בריכה שמשקיפה על העיר.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and luxurious accommodation. The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were provided a brochure with recommendations for local restaurants, cafés, activities and health facilities, which was useful. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to travel to Hanoi!!!

Pros:

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi. The hotel itself was very nice, but it was the staff that made the experience fantastic. Everyone was so welcoming and caring, would definitely recommend the stay.

Tolle Ruheoase mitten in der Altstadt - jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt absolut super. Wir konnten alle Ziele gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne, dass es irgendwie zu viel ist. Der Poolbereich auf dem Dach war immer wieder eine tolle Ruheoase zwischen dem Trubel der Altstadt. Der Frühstücksbereich war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht.

Cons:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen. Wenn wir etwas anbringen müssten, könnte man für längere Aufenthalte noch etwas mehr Ablageflächen in den Zimmern bereitstellen.

Perfect location and the such great and attentive staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions and it was great starting the day with a walk around the lake. The staff were incredibly attentive and always offered to help with any of our needs.
The breakfast selection was great and very enjoyable. Even the drinks at the pool bar were well made. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

There was construction going on and it began around 6am everyday which disrupted the sleep. Aside from that it was great.
