I absolutely loved my stay, everything was just perfect.
Pros:

The CLASSYC hotel in Hanoi is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Vietnam. It was built in 2024, which means there is no musty smell or signs of wear and tear that you can often see in 5-star luxury hotels. The CLASSYC hotel has everything that characterizes a hotel in terms of providing guests with maximum relaxation and rest. This is achieved through an ideal, luxurious, modern and very comfortable Zen-like interior design, an amazing restaurant (with very great breakfasts), excellent additional amenities: SPA, roof-top swimming pool, bar and of course through exceptional service. The service at the CLASSYC hotel is truly top-notch! When was the last time you stayed at the hotel and they left chocolates on your bed with wishes for sweet dreams (not on the first night but everyday!), or baked you a farewell "Thank You" cake, or gave you a souvenir as a keepsake when you checked out of your hotel? All this was done at the CLASSYC hotel. So if I ever visit Hanoi again, my choice will be clear: the CLASSYC hotel, because this hotel reminds me of my home where it is so cozy and I am always welcome there.

Cons:

Pool bar set up needs a bit of work. Very loud, very limited seating. Everything is tiled in black which makes it extra hot. Two kids took over the whole space when we were there.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

Excellent location in the old town, a couple of blocks from the lake. Staff were top class - nothing too much to ask. Comfortable beds and rooms, good showers, excellent breakfast. Rooftop pool and bar a blessing.

Stylish, modern hotel in the heart of Hanoi with excellent staff
Pros:

Very modern, new, stylish hotel at the heart of Hanoi. Excellent location, comfortable bed and good breakfast. The hotel staff is exceptional - Amelia, Mila and the whole team were going above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Rooftop pool is also a great treat!

Cons:

Directly above our room there were waterpipes which were a bit noisy throughout the night. I dont think it would bother any deep sleeper, but just noting. Hotel staff would have been ready to swap our room but due to our short stay we didnt bother asking. This should not discourage anyone from staying here as the hotel itself is exceptional compared to other hotels ive stayed in Hanoi!

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Mir hat besonders gefallen, dass man am Anfang der Anreise eine Zusammenfassung der Hauptattraktionen und guter Essensspots anschaulich zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen hat.

L’établissement était super agréable. On s’y sent bien !
L’emplacement, la piscine en rooftop, le bar reno, le petit déjeuner en buffet avec de quoi manger pour les végétariens et une literie de qualité dans une chambre propre !! Un personnel tellement aimable vraiment !

Perfect place to stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter
Pros:

Excellent location on the edge of Old Quarter: very close to the action but not in the middle of it. Very helpful and attentive staff, really good breakfast, good spa and modern, well-maintained rooms. The hotel is small enough to feel cozy yet run very professionally.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

It was such a fabulous place to stay. The staff do everything they can to make sure you have the best experience possible. Cannot thank them enough! The hotel is beautiful, 2 bars, 1 restaurant, a rooftop pool with incredible views at night as well. The location is also excellent.

Perfect place to stay in Hanoi. Lovely accommodation and staff.
Pros:

The classyc was in the perfect location in the old quarter. We walked to nearly every place we wanted to visit. The staff were so lovely and attentive, Tracy (one of the staff members) was so good to us, providing us with travel guides even after we had left the accommodation. Breakfast was very good, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend staying here.
