Great location, wonderful staff and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Fabulous location, appreciated the rooftop pool on the hot afternoons. Excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble. Helped arrange taxis to and from Ha Long Bay at competitive rates. Had laundry done several times and it was a fast, efficient and inexpensive service.

Cons:

A little dated.

Pros:

Incredible facilities and equally incredible service from the staff to the spa to the rooftop. Genuinely what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

Service is significantly top notch. I travel a lot for work and have stayed at all the big names, so when I booked this place for a bit of comfort before the end of my back packing trip, I was blown away. I extended another night.

My friends I invited to the rooftop were equally impressed. 100% staying here on my next trip

Spotless stay in the heart of Old Quarter
Pros:

Perfect experience. It exceeded my expectations, it was a 5 star luxury service. Staff was always attentive and available, always ahead of us. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of choice and high quality food, from meat to soups to croissants. Spa was also beautiful and very well equipped. Room was wonderful, with a little balcony (but it was too hot to stay out there) and large bathroom. Location is precisely in the center of Old Quarter and in 10/15 min you can reach every point of it.

Tout était parfait
Pros:

Trés bel hotel.propre.personnel sympathique et serviable qui sait répondre à vos attentes.
Piscine en rooftop bien pratique aprés une balade dans Hanoi.
Situé en plein centre ville.
Chambre un peu petite mais elle a fait le job.
Petite attention à notre arrivée.
Pour le petit déjeuner,un large choix.les pains au chocolat sont excellents.
Je recommande à 100%

La chambre petite.
Manque une douche à la piscine.

Einzigartiges Hotel auf unserer 4 Wochenreise mit Abstand das beste Hotel.
Erstklassiger Service und Lage.
Frühstück von allem was da riesige Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität.
Personal alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Dusche war ein besonderes Erlebnis super Wasserdruck. KURZ UM MUSS MAN IN HANOI BUCHEN MACHT MAN NICHTS FALSCH.

Cons:

An der Poolbar sehr hohe Preise sollte man vielleicht etwas runter setzen dann wird auch mehr getrunken meiner Meinung nach.
IST ABER MEIN PERSÖNLICHES EMPFINDEN.
