Fantastic!
Pros:

We stayed at the Classyc Hotel twice during our trip and had an excellent experience both times. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for their guests.

The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. For Hanoi standards the rooms are quite spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast is also very good, with plenty of options to start the day well.

One thing we particularly appreciated was the peace and quiet — despite being in Hanoi, there was no street noise at all, which is quite rare.

Above all, the service truly stands out: the team is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel ist gut. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war, dass das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist. Man hat sehr viel aus den aus den anderen Zimmern gehört und auch von der Autobahn.

I highly recommend Hotel CLASSYC! From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and hospitality.
Highlights of our stay:
• Perfect Location: The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter. It couldn’t be more central—everything is within walking distance, making it the perfect base to explore the city.
• Outstanding Service: A very special thank you goes to Mikki! He went above and beyond, answering all our questions and providing us with amazing local tips. He was by our side throughout our entire stay and truly made a difference.
• The Room: Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotless. It was a very comfortable place to retreat to after a day of sightseeing.
• Breakfast with a View: Breakfast is served on the 10th floor and it is fantastic. It offers everything you could possibly wish for, along with a great atmosphere.
The Verdict:
The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. One thing is for sure: Whenever I return to Hanoi, I will definitely book this hotel again. 10/10 recommendation!

Emplacement, chambre et salle de bain, agréable, literie, très confortable, établissement, très propre, personnel, très prévenant et attentionné. Bon, spa, joli vue du restaurant, Piscine, sur le toit, un peu décevante.

Sehr freundlicher Service und tolle Lage im Herzen von Hanoi
Pros:

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr herzlich und das gesamte Team war während unseres Aufenthalts außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Morgens wurden wir zum Frühstückstisch begleitet, bekamen direkt Kaffee serviert und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Auch kleine Gesten haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht – am letzten Abend bekamen wir ein Dessert aufs Zimmer und bei der Abreise sogar noch ein kleines Präsent.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen, sowohl das Old Quarter als auch der Hoan-Kiem-See sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl und allem, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es Teppichboden, was wir persönlich weniger hygienisch finden. Auf den Fluren war das wegen der Geräuschdämmung angenehm, im Zimmer selbst hätten wir jedoch einen anderen Boden bevorzugt. Außerdem fanden wir die Suite etwas kleiner als erwartet.
Am Poolbereich gab es leider keine richtigen Liegen, nur Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zudem lief dort den ganzen Tag sehr laute Musik. Die Lautstärke war so hoch, dass man sich kaum entspannen oder in Ruhe ein Buch lesen konnte, was den Poolbereich für uns weniger attraktiv gemacht hat.

Nice place to stay near the Old Quarter
Pros:

The staff were incredible. The ability to request for firmer pillows was a nice touch. Breakfast was great too with lots of options to choose from.

Cons:

The rooms are on the smaller side and could be cleaner for the cost. The shower pressure and temperature were pretty inconsistent. It would be nice to have small touches like slippers, shelves to put things, and a place to put luggage without taking up the entire room.
