It’s on the road that I’m driving on but so is every other motel
The continental breakfast was a honeybun
All the water tastes and smells like ashtray
Also when I was looking for breakfast items and some persons bag and copy of their identification was just sitting there they leave invoices and customer information on the front desk table for anyone to see.
It was amazing, slept better than I had in days.
It was OK.
The bathroom light didn't work. The TV kept losing signal. Awful.
Toilet was loose and wobbled floor is under toilet was sunk like water damage is cured and not properly fixed. Door handle was functional but difficult to open. Lobby was not great. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6 and nothing was prepared.
Nice people
My husband is working near by. This hotel is convenient for hus commute. The management is very friendly. This is not a deluxe hotel. Simple rooms. Beds ok. Bring your own pillow. Nice size fridge with a freezer compartment. Microwave. There are a lot of drawers for storage. Bring your own hangers. Overall this place works well for our needs. Grocery store 1/2 a block away. Nice park across the street. Pizza/burger joint across the street.
When we first got there the tv was on. We then realized a hole in the blanket. We moved the bed and under was a bunch of dust AND a used cigarette and a clump of hair. We tried to turn the light on, but one of the lights went out.
Alright so we got there last night and it had a broken door handle with no lock, wet towels, dirty sheets, horrible smell, disgusting bathroom with stuff all over the walls, they were wierd when we arrived like they didn't expect us then gave us an unmarked key and said go check and see if we want the room like we were supposed to let them know if we wanted it cleaned first or what. So we left and got a different hotel, we were there for maybe half an hour.
Arlington is a tiny town, but the motel is right in the middle of what there is- a beautiful marina, a restaurant with delicious food & good drinks, a gas station & convenience store, & the only coffee shop in town.
The motel is old, but clean, and the a/c is cold. There are microwaves, fridges & coffee pots.
Unfortunately, for all the great points- the beds are truly, extremely, uncomfortable. The pillows are small and flat. Made for a rough night of sleep for everyone.
Appreciate the staff working with us as the lodging is very limited in this area.
Very messy front office. Room poor condition. Stains on carpet, bed spread. Chipped wall paint,. Bed was okay. Quiet and cheap
My stay was okay.
Update amenities arrived on false pretenses
It's the only place in Arlington to get a room.
The "restaurant" next to it looks to be abandoned and being used to store junk. The rooms lock was a joke. The bathroom was nearly the same temp as outdoors, so poorly insulated. The listing mentioned wifi, however there was no information relating to it in the room. However, WORST of all, the AC was off when I entered the room, and the remote, which was the only way to turn it on, was missing a single AAA battery. Now when I went to the office and spoke with the gentleman there, and politely asked for said battery, I was met with extreme hesitation and excuses, like other guests take remotes and throw them away and this and that. It was after I said that there was no other way to turn on the unit, the man reluctantly retrieved the battery. I may as well have asked a complete stranger for 100 dollars. So in summary, I paid over $75 dollars for an experience rivaling barely half of the cost.
We didn’t get the room we reserved. We reserved a deluxe King bed room that had a separate bedroom. Instead we got a room with two small beds, maybe doubles, that are all in one room together. The tv input cable was broken off when we arrived and the tv has no signal. The fridge and microwave both still have food smeared inside of them. There were holes in the walls, half finished electrical conduits, the air conditioner worked, but was half hanging off the wall. The place is a dump, smelled like smoke and the staff was very abrupt.
