Pros:

Résidence récente et sécurisée, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Très bonne isolation, on n'entend pas les bruits de la rue.
La piscine est un plus très appréciable, il y a également une terrasse en toiture pour faire des barbecues.
Logement tres agréable, je recommande

Excellent, je ne regrette pas mon choix.
Pros:

Le prix correct pour Singapour, l’emplacement près du bus et du MRT, dans un quartier authentique et tellement charmant près des maisons peranakan, l’amabilité du personnel.
Nous avions une suite de deux chambres avec deux salles de bain, et un petit espace cuisine avec frigo, plaques de cuisson et micro-onde ce qui était parfait pour 3 personnes, chacun son lit. Les lits étaient confortables.

Cons:

Les deux chambres de la suite s’ouvrent avec une carte clé (chaque carte ouvre une seule des deux chambres) qui est aussi nécessaire pour avoir l’électricité dans la chambre, et les chambres se ferment lorsque la porte (très lourde) claque, cela peut poser un problème si vous voyagez seul avec deux enfants. Si un jeune enfant s’enferme volontairement ou pas dans l’une des chambres, vous ne pourrez pas y entrer.

Comfortable stay at convenient location for public transport, dining, shopping & exploring cultures
Pros:

– Location: Love the central location near MRT, shopping malls, two local hawkers that opened late, and the Joo Chiat main streets with lots of eateries from different cultures, cafes, souvenir shops and activities to do. Lots of Peranakan heritage housings in the neighbourhood. Also close to the restaurant that created the original Singapore Chilli Crab.
– Amenities: Well-supplied stay with free frozen snacks near reception and coin-op laundry machines, place also has a small swimming pool and a rooftop garden area.
– Staff: everyone was friendly and approachable, very satisfied with their customer service.

Cons:

– Shared kitchenettes/fridge area: not a big deal but I'd prefer to have my own fridge. But this was advertised when I booked so I knew and accepted the shared kitchen amenities.

it was a pleasant experience to have stayed here and i highly recommend this place to anyone.
Pros:

i was travelling alone so i booked the single room. it was cosy and had everything i needed and so it was a pleasant surprise. Singapore is hot and humid and the air conditioning in the room was very good and kept the temperature at a comfortable level. Eateries and shopping centres were within walking distances from this location. i would most certainly be looking to stay here again if i came by these parts.

Cons:

even though i had the DO NOT DISTURB sign hung outside my room, the cleaners were noisy in the mornings doing their job, and so my sleep was disturbed. also, during check-in, my passport was photo-copied, and the copy was put in a stack along with the others ( other guests who had checked-in ). in this day and age where scams and identity theft is rampant, i cannot help but worry what would happen if these photocopied documents fell into the wrong hands.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet and pleasant.
Pros:

Location was fantastic.
Very convenient for shopping. Mall across the road.
MRT short walk.
Airport less than 15 minutes drive.
We booked the Executive Suite for 2 adults and 1 child. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers was handy. The kitchenette was also a plus.

Cons:

Space is a little tight.
However nice area upstairs on the top floor for space and relaxing.

Great location with great staff !
Pros:

Great location, only 2-3 minutes from the MRT (subway), and very short walk to 2 nearby malls. Plenty of eating options close by. Staff also very helpful and friendly. Free ice creams a nice touch!

Nice Serviced Apartment near i12 Mall
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and attentive,
Especially Mdm See and Maddie are very helpful during our few weeks stay at serviced apartment,
matresses and pillows are perfact and comfortable
Rooftop provide nicely done spcious and quite space,
Hotel location is very near to i12Mall,

Cons:

Room is small, a little bit tight to fit with KingSize bed,
