La disponibilità dei gestori.
La zona, servitissima da tutto: market, ristorante, gelateria, fornaio, posto taxi....
Vicinissima alla spiaggia.
Zona caratteristica, ciò che resta dell'antico borgo.
Il bagno, strutturato in modo originale.

Comodidade.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, tem tudo perto. A Silvania e Rob me atenderam super bem, são bem atenciosas. É um lugar que voltaria mais vezes.

Excelente lugar para ficar em Fortaleza!
Pros:

Tudo muito bom, boa localização, ambiente limpo e aconchegante, todos com quem interagi muito educados, não pensaria duas vezes em me hospedar novamente lá, simplesmente amei!
