It was okay but I won’t come back for this price.
Pros:

It was quite new but you could feel there was no attention to details.

Cons:

It felt low budget, no attention to details, coffee machine wasn’t working and they change it just the second day after asking few times, poor service and hospitality experience.

Pros:

Man ist relativ zentral und nicht weit vom Zentrum der Stadt entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Gesamteindruck des Hotels war in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich.

Nettes, leicht überteuertes Hotel, etwas abseits vom Schuss mit guter Anbindung zum Nahverkehr.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, aber nur wegen der Anbindung. Service war okay und die Betten waren bequem. Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer war ein Plus.

Cons:

Leider ist dieser Teil von Neukölln noch etwas weit raus vom Geschehen. Service ist nett aber nichts besonderes. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Klimaanlage ist eher eine Lüftung. Das Hotel wirkt definitiv wie 3-Sterne +. Leider nicht so modern und luxuriös, wie beschrieben oder anderweitig bewertet.

Cons:

Durch die selbst vergebenen 5 Sterne ist der Anspruch hoch- dieses erfüllt das Hotel leider nicht. Weder vom Angebot, vom Personal noch von den Zimmern. Lieber ein gutes 4* als ein schlechtes 5*

Hotel okay aber Umgebung schwierig
Pros:

Das Hotel war angenehm und sauber aber die Umgebung dort in Neukölln ist mehr als grenzwertig: Müll auf der Straße, der tagelang liegen blieb und Betrunkene, die direkt vorm Hotel randalierten.

Cons:

Frühstück ist aus meiner Dicht mit knapp 25 Euro pro Person viel zu teuer. Deswegen habe ich auch nach einer Alternative gesucht!

Prijs/kwaliteit aanrader voor wie meer dan de highlights van Berlijn wil zien en ervaren.
Pros:

Dit is een nieuw, ruim en goed uitgerust hotel voor een schappelijke prijs in Berlijn. Erg goed ontbijt. Beetje weg van de toeristische trekpleisters in een buurt die misschien wat 'hevig' overkomt, maar... dat is maar schijn. De buurt is best leuk en veilig en het hotel goed te bereiken via de metro.

Cons:

De verlichting in de badkamer was wel wat raar. Bijna onmogelijk jezelf goed te zien in de spiegel wat bv. scheren redelijk lastig maakt. Wie heeft dit zo slecht ingericht? Schakelaar ook langs verkeerde kant van de deur :-)
