Pros:

Атмосферний і гостинний готель. На рецепції нас зустріла дуже привітна адміністраторка, яка радо відповіла на усі питання. Номер був чистий і охайний, сніданок смачний і колоритний, привітні працівники ресторану, в якому ми дуже смачно повечеряли.
Також на території була зарядна станція для едектроавтомобілів, що дуже зручно.
Сподобалась також територія готелю і міцсерозташування, гарно задекоровано на новорічні свята🎄фасад та внутрішні приміщення, створювало настрій відразу.

Cons:

Було б добре покращити шумоізоляцію в номері, адже дуже вночі було чути людей з сусідніх номерів, також покращити трошки прибирання ( а саме ванну кімнату), і бронюючи ми попросили одне велике ліжко, натомість отримали 2 ліжка зсунутих разом, які вночі трошки розїжджали і не було зручно спати удвох ( проте помітили ми це пізніше, тому що на вигляд було як суцільне ліжко)

Cons:

Мене поселили не в той номер, який було заброньовано. На прохання пояснити чи повернути кошти нахамили. Додаю фото номеру з букінгу та того в якому жила.

Гарне розташування, але було холоднувато
Pros:

Гарне розташування готелю, близько до термальних джерел. Швецький стіл - ок.

Cons:

В номері не було опалення, хоча на рецепшині запевнили, що все ок і опалення працює. Було холоднувато вночі.

Pros:

Враховуючи наші побажання, сніданок був підготовлений у вигляді сухого пайка. Приємний господар, ввічливий персонал.

Cons:

Як бонус нам було запропановано відвідування басейну з підігрівом, що було дуже доречно. Гарна територія. Смачна іжа у ресторані.
