Pros:

Location was really good

Cons:

The place could be cleaner. On the walls of the shower we found hairs that look like somebody had shave before and the staff didn't clean it correctly, it was quite disturbing to be honest. Also in the bathroom, water was coming out of the shower and made a mess all over the place. One last thing we didn't like was the fact that 7 minutes before 12 pm, that was check out time, somebody from the staff opened the room with out knocking or anything, my partner was still on her underwear, so that was also unpleasant

Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa. O quarto é bem espaçoso e a cama é ótima.

Cons:

O chuveiro, pelo menos o do quarto em que ficamos hospedados, era bem ruim. Os pingos saiam sem direção, um pingo pra cada lado, bem esparsos.

Pros:

La ubicación en Paseo Montejo es ideal, tienes donde comer, cenar, hacer compras, es un bonito barrio.

Cons:

Deben de darle mantenimiento a la regadera (suele pasar en muchos hoteles), la regadera muy mal, muy mal.... Por el tipo de hotel, son detalles que no se deben de pasar....

Bonito hotel buena ubicación, pésima limpieza.
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene una muy buena ubicación. Muy amable el personal de recepción.

Cons:

La limpieza deja mucho que desear hay muchas cucarachas, las almohadas huelen mal desde que llegamos, nunca estuvo limpia la habitación el piso súper sucio desde el primer día que llegamos.
