Pros:

Сразу оговорюсь мы не стали селиться в этот отель и хозяин отменил бронь, но для этого были причины:
-ужасное место среди заброшек, рядом ничего нет, само место как из фильмов про зомбиапокалипсис, бегает стая злобных собак,
-на ресепшене устойчивый запах мочи, видимо те самые собаки годами справляют нужду у входа,
-зашли пока никого не было, на микрокухне в раковине лежит огромный таракан, везде летают стаями комары,
-сходили на пляж пока ждали хоть кого-нибудь из персонала, пляж просто чмо, грязный весь в мусоре,
-из плюсов только то, что тут же купили билеты на остров ко ронг и уплыли, вот там был рай)

Cons:

Не понимаю кто ставит высокий рейтинг для этого заброшенного места, желания жить тут точно не возникнет. Мы просто были в шоке от увиденного. Надеюсь хозяин возмет это к сведению и устранит хотя бы вонь у так называемого ресепшена, там надо выкинуть и поменять зеленый обосанный ковер, и возьмет на себя уборку пляжа, пусть он и муниципальный, но я считаю это важное место, тем более мешки для мусора стоят недорого.

Хотела, выразить огромную благодарность Юлии и Дмитрию за встречу и предоставленный номер с балконом и видом на море , помощь по всем вопросам, чувствуется забота о клиентах. Очень доброжелательные и вежливые, поэтому создаётся атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения!

Отличный отель
Pros:

Хороший отель для проживания в Сеануквили. Чисто, спокойно, номер соответствует описанию. Удобное расположение — легко добираться на метро и пешком. Персонал вежливый, заселение без проблем. В целом комфортный вариант по соотношению цена–качество.

Cons:

Вежливый директор, очень помог во всех вопросах!!!

Cons:

Recepcja była nie obsadzona, kontakt tylko mailowy i telefoniczny. Pieniądze zostawiłem na łóżku wedle życzenia właściciela. Obiekt otwarty? Ale z okna pokoju miałem widok na morze. Spałem tylko jedną noc. Było czysto, woda i kawa gratis.Klima OK ładny taras z leżanką z widokiem na morze...

Pros:

The place has decent cleanliness and good A/C in the rooms.

Cons:

The hotel was deserted. There was no one at reception when I arrived. You need to call the owner when you check in—only then he comes—but there’s no staff present. You get the room key and basically have to handle everything yourself. The owner gives you his phone number and you're supposed to message him on Telegram if you have any problems, but he’s not always available immediately. Either way, that’s not how a professional hotel should operate.

Besides that, there was no Wi-Fi in my room, and the 4G connection didn’t work either, so I had to sit in the second-floor lobby to get internet. Also, there’s a strange shortage of electrical sockets everywhere.

Our window had a mesh screen which we loved.
Nice size room.
Security cameras everywhere.
Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Bathroom was not 100% clean, hair left in the drain and dusty mats. Other than that it was fairly clean.
We found it a bit strange that no one was at reception even though owner can see through cameras.
Rooms/AC were in need of a cleaning
Smell of damp in one of the rooms that made it difficult to sleep
We thought it was a bit expensive for what it is. But maybe that's a Sihanoukville price.
