Only because of the night shift staff I will not recomment this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

The hotel’s location and view were excellent, making it very convenient to explore Baku and enjoy the surroundings. The morning shift staff, especially Mr. Wasif, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. His service really stood out and left a positive impression.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience with the night shift staff, particularly Mr. Nijat, was the opposite. His attitude and behavior were unprofessional and disrespectful, turning what should have been a pleasant stay into a stressful one. We even had to argue over simple requests like replacing our towels, which is basic hospitality. Moreover, he refused to connect us with management unless it suited him, which was unacceptable. Such behavior does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this level.

If you want to stay in Nizami the location is good but the apartment is very dirty.

2 gece içinde 3 kez oda değiştirdik, odalar yeterince temiz değildi masa üstü dolap yerler tozluydu kıl saç vs vardı otel bir binanın birinci katında binanın girişi otelin olduğu kat inanılmaz kötü kokuyordu nefes almadan otele girip çıktık neden otel girişinin bulunduğu apartmanın temizliğini umursamıyorlar anlamış değilim, kahvaltı servisi dahil tuttuk ancak kahvaltı vermediler zaten öyle bir alanları yok, tek iyi yanı nizamı caddesindeydi çok merkeziydi ancak o konumda birçok otel de var zaten bence fiyat performans değildi.

Location is very good and its on nizami street

Cons:

Its on the first floor. The place is dank. Its an old building with smell. It looks clean but is not due to being an old place
