Worth it!
Pros:

Cheap! Very aesthetic and modern hotel, Comfy beds, replenished instant coffees/tea, provides adaptor and lovely housekeeping staffs. Easy check-in too!

Cons:

Hard to find, long flight of stairs before you reach the entrance.

Отличные апартаменты, у нас остались только положительные впечатления. Номер полностью соответствовал фотографиям. Чисто, комфортно. Что можно сказать о Villa Basamak целиком - ухоженно и стильно. Контакт с хостес был через WhatsApp, общение было легким, ответы приходили сразу. Мы остались довольны.

酒店位置距离老城很近，走路三分钟就可以到教堂，坐公交和电车都很方便！
酒店属于萨拉热窝闹中取静，远离街道喧嚣，可以安静入睡！房间收拾很干净！入住很舒服！
房东也很热情，全自助入住。行李免费存放！

Merkeze uzak değil , gayet temiz ve güvenilir bir işletmeydi. İlk girişte sadece bizim Türkiye’deki gibi bir resepsiyon bekledik fakat durum farklı direkt olarak kendiniz giriş yapıyorsunuz . En en önemlisi ise Azra hanım müthiş ilgili sorduğum her soruya yanıt alabildim. Aklıma takılan her soruda yardımcı oldu. Tesis dışında da nereye nasıl gidilir vs gibi sorularda da hep destekçiydi kendisini , bir kez daha kendisine buradan da teşekkür etmek istiyorum
