Alles in Allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Betten sind sehr gut! Die Aussicht aus unseren Zimmern auf den Hafen Forum war schön. Die Zimmer sind, sobald die Fenster zu sind, Schall dicht. Der Service und das Personal waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. das Essen war hervorragend. Das Zmorge Buffet war sehr reichhaltig. Es hat Elektr. velo vor dem Hotel gehabt. Auf den Lift mussten wir nie warten und schnell sind sie auch! Der Fitness Bereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet!

Cons:

Es gibt vielleicht einige Punkte die zu überlegen sind. Was jedoch das Gute vom Hotel nicht schmälert: Als Frau ist der Kleider Schrank eher zu klein .. Es gibt keine Bademantel weder auf den Zimmern noch im Spa auch nicht zum mieten. Der Spa Bereich ist nur für 90 Min. buchbar, anders kommt man nicht rein. Das Hotel ist wohl bei Firmen sehr beliebt, so kann es beim Zmorge zu einem kleinen Engpass kommen. Uns ist es sogar passiert dass das Restaurant einen Abend für einen Firmen Anlass geschlossen war. Zum Glück gab es jedoch in der Lounge etwas zum Essen.

Magnifique hôtel avec de très belles prestations, mais un peu déçu par une promesse de suclassement
Pros:

Super petit-déjeuner, personnel très attentionné et sympathique et très belle salle de sports .

Cons:

Booking nous avait promis une chambre pour 2 surclassée avec salle de bain intimiste. Ce qui n'a pas été le cas, en effet la salle d'eau était ouverte sur la chambre; de plus la vue du balcon donnait sur la piscine et sur les cheminées de la centrale d'épuration.
Un peu décevant.

Beruflicher Aufenthalt, würde ich privat niemals buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel war recht neu und gut eingerichtet. Es gab ein paar Design-Elemente, die es interessant gemacht haben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist überhaupt nicht schön. Die Umgebung ist dreckig und verwahrlost, es wird gewarnt, alleine raus zu gehen. Das Frühstück war leider nicht berauschend, eher normal und durchschnitt, für ein Hotel mit 5 Sternen und dem Zimmerpreis sehr enttäuschend.
Das Personal war leider nicht in der Lage professionell zu arbeiten. Es hat immer den Eindruck erweckt, das es keine Lust hatte, Probleme zu lösen, leider auch sehr ernüchternd für ein Hotel in der Kategorie.
