It was nothing like it was advertised and threceptionist
Pros:

The Cleaners were doing their job very well

Cons:

Room was too small and was told by the staff that it is 29m but I doubt that the room was 29 metres as we could hardly move in the room.

O vacanță frumoasă, într-un hotel de lux!
Pros:

Hotelul a fost peste așteptări în ceea ce privește curățenia, micul dejun, dar mai ales grija din partea întregului personal. Cartonașul pus pe ușă s-a respectat întotdeauna, nu s-a intrat la curățenie dacă am afișat “nu deranjati!”, dar am fost întrebați prin mesaj pe wsp dacă dorim să se intre la curățenie sau dacă avem nevoie de ceva, lucru pe care l-am apreciat foarte tare. Am fost primiți cu sticla de vin, am primit apă și cafea zilnic, curățenie, prosoape schimbate, totul impecabil. Am fost încântați și de restaurant, barul Kyara și piscine.
La micul dejun găseai tot ce îți doreai, gustările de calitate, fresh de portocale, sucuri naturale, prăjituri cu frișcă, vegane, etc.

Cons:

Nu a fost ceva care să nu-mi placă în legătură cu proprietatea, plaja cea mai apropiată și fără pietre, pe care o recomand este Llevant, se poate merge pe jos de la hotel cam 15 - 20 de minute, nu are șezlonguri. Pentru Barceloneta trebuie luat taxi, hotelul fiind situat ceva mai departe.
Sunt și vreo trei restaurante în jurul hotelului unde se mănâncă destul de bine și la prețuri bune.
Restaurantul hotelului, Lora, este ceva mai scump.
Vita și peștele servite acolo au fost foarte bine pregătite, caracatița un pic cam uscată.
Hotelul reține un depozit de 700 E / cameră la cazare. Ni s-au restituit banii integral în ziua plecării.
La plecare am mai achitat taxa de oraș 5 E de persoana pe zi.

Pros:

L'hôtel est exceptionnel ! La déco, propreté, personnels, rien à dire.. Petite plage à côté de l'hôtel et centre commercial à 15min à pied.

Cons:

L'usine en face de l'hôtel qui gâche le paysage.

Heerlijke week Barcelona met het gezin we gaan hier terugkomen 100%
Pros:

Gelijk bij binnenkomst werden we zeer hartelijk ontvangen de hele vibe was goed. Mooi schoon hotel we hebben enorm genoten. Kamers werden iedere top dag schoongemaakt. Heel comfortabel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg prijzig eur 35 pp en niet overal was het personeel super.. Bijvoorbeeld het restaurant LORA viel qua bediening erg tegen.. De rooftop Bar was daarentegen weer heel prettig en ook de service in de lobby was super..

l’hôtel a de grands volumes, piscine très jolie très belle vue

Cons:

personnel catastrophique trop de mal à ce soumettre à leurs client , réception full seulement 2 comptoir pour 500 chambre , petit déjeuner difficile après 9h30 plus de place disponible est plus beaucoup de choix
