La atención de la persona de recepción, dio solución a problema con el servicio de bar al momento.
Que haces la solicitud de servicio al cuarto y te dan un costo mas alto al que esta en la carta y no quieren aceptar el pago con tarjeta.

Los precios de servicios a la habitación son elevados. En la habitación faltaban las toallas y al salir las querían cobrar.
ממוקם מאוד רחוק (40-60 דק') מכל מה שקשור לתיירות ומונדיאל - שווה את זה בשקלול המחיר.
החדר ענקי ממש. המיטה מאוד נוחה. המזגן מעולה. ארון אחסון לא גדול, אבל מגרות ענקיות, דלפק ארוך, שולחן עבודה ושולחן אוכל. זרם המים במקלחת מצוין ומים חמים בשפע.
הכיור לרחיצת ידיים נמצא מחוץ לשירותים (יתרון בעיניי). כרטיס הכניסה לחדר אלקטרוני, למי שזה חשוב לו.
יש מדרגות, אבל מי שמגיע עם מזוודות יכול להיכנס מהחניון דרך המעליות.
מאוד שירותיים - אבל התקשורת איתם למי שלא דובר ספרדית הוא רק באמצעות גוגל טרנסלייט.

בגדול הייתי נותנת 8.5, אבל הם היו באמת מאוד נחמדים ושירותיים - והאריכו לי את הצ'ק אאוט מ-13.00 ל-14.00 ללא תשלום, אז על זה נוספה להם עוד חצי נק':)
1. זה מלון, אבל אנשי הצוות לא מדברים אנגלית בכלל. מאוד שירותיים, אבל לא מדברים אנגלית בכלל.
2. אין אפילו מקרר מיני בר בחדר. גם לא קומקום חשמלי.
3. זה לא חיסרון אם נוסעים לבד או כזוג, אבל לחברים זה פחות מתאים - ה"קיר" של המקלחת ש"משקיף" לחדר השינה - זכוכית חלבית..
4. התאורה די חלשה בחדר, והיות שהחלונות בו משקיפים לרחוב (גם אם צדדי) - כל פעם כשמתלבשים צריך לסגור אותם.
5. יש מסעדה בקומת הכניסה, ואין "בידוד" כ"כ טוב לריחות שנודפים ממנה - החדר שלי היה בקומה שלישית. ואיך שיוצרים למסדרון מריחים את ריח האוכל.

Für mich liegt das Hotel im nordlichen Teil von Mexico City ideal. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.
Komme immer wieder hierher.
An Wochenenden ist es in der Nachbarschaft laut bis 2:00 Uhr morgens. Hellhörige Zimmer, vor allem wenn der Zimmernachbar seine Freunding vögelt.
