Cons:

The rooms are on the top floor without any lift. Rooms are very basic and small but for the price we paid they were OK.

The front desk was not helpful at all.

Хороший отель за небольшую цену.
Pros:

Хороший отель за свою цену. Большой просторный номер (хотя на сайте указано 9м, но на самом деле около 20м точно). Минималистичная обстановка, никаких пылесборников. У нас был 1 этаж, боялись, что будет шумно - но было на удивление тихо. Пешком ходили до Регистана (для тех, кто любит ходить). Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, магазинчиков. В номере комфортно, есть холодильник небольшой, чайник, чашки, стол, шкаф, удобные не жесткие кровати. Кондиционером не пользовались, было уже не жарко в октябре, даже попросили одеяла. Хороший напор воды в душе, хороший интернет пригодный для работы. Уборка раз в 3 дня, или, возможно, по запросу.

Cons:

Нашли один минус. Очень неудобная маленькая раковина в душе. Умываться невозможно, протекает, вся вода постоянно на полу. Из-за этого не подойти к унитазу.

Pros:

Номер просторный, все есть, чисто. Персонал вежливый. Нам очень понравилось. Изначально были в соседнем отеле, тут номер комфортнее и больше.

Pros:

Great value for the money! All that a hotel should be and offer. Clean, well equipped, professional and kind! The location might be a disadvantage to some, but I would rather stay close to the train station than Registan Square. Plus, Yandex is so affordable and all the tourist attractions are just 15 minutes away.

Wonderful hotel with good prices
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center. Although we went a little earlier, Bakhtiyor checked us in. Cozy, clean room. We are delighted thanks to the staff.

Pros:

The property is newly renovated and located in the location close to all the places that would be on your bucket list for Samarkand!

Cons:

I wish it had a little more parking spots, however you don’t need a car since taxi is so cheap! I haven’t found cheaper taxi in the whole Central Asia. Several times cheaper than Tashkent, so don’t even bother renting a car
